Friendly staff. Nothing. This hotel was everything I expected. Very clean with a friendly staff. Also excellent location to the airport. The shuttle was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

A very convenient option for park and fly. This hotel is very nice, clean and close to O'Hare. Good dining around and the room was fairly good size with a nice bathroom and view of the airport. We enjoyed our stay here and had peace of mind that our car would be ok.

I visit Chicago at least 6 times a year and I always choose this hotel. There was only one time I chose to stay at another nearby hotel and altough it was nice, it never met my expectations like the Holiday Inn has. The staff is extreamly helpful and accomodating. The onsite resturant/lounge is wonderful pricey, but good. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Out of the many times I've stayed at this hotel, I've never had a complaint. The best thing of all is the price per night is fair and there are NO PARKING FEES!

Stayed here - loved it! Very nice staff & great room - king bed and large flat screen TV. Ate at Harry Caray's on site . . . food was fantastic but pricey. Would recommend for convenience to and from OHare on their courtesy shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes.

was booked here after airline made me miss my connection. expecting a budget hotel i was pleasantly suprised. stayed in confrence suite w/ 2 high def tvs, 1.5 baths, and a queen bed + a pull out. Pullout was extremely confortable. Airport shuttle every 15 minutes w/ a friendly driver :). highly recommended

The accomodations at the Holiday Inn Select were excellent. There were 2 rooms with a queen bed in each. There was one bathroom for both rooms, which was fine considering we were expecting both beds to be next to one another in the same room. There was also a micrwave, but the space where the refrigerator was supposed to be was empty. We called the front desk to inquire about this, but nobody from maintenance came to check on it. This wasn't a big deal to us, because we already got more room than we were expecting. The location was convenient, close to O'Hare and major freeway (Rt 90), although we did have to deal with extensive traffic when we arrived into Chicago area (heading west from Indiana on I90-94)on Friday evening around 7:30-8:00PM.
