Location. Heater broke at 3 am in the morning. The fan to the heater broke at 3 am in the morning. It was squealing very loudly and had to be turned off. This left us with no heat in the room. And did I tell you we were in northern ill in the winter time. Not good!

Neat/clean rooms. Beds could have been a little more comfortable. Room was pretty good. Hilton is better and more comfortable. No complementary breakfast.

Easy to find, clean, courteous staff. Nothing. I enjoyed my stay there. I will go back again. The hotel is close to a lot of places you want to go to. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel right at home. Thank you.

I liked the front desk calling and leaving a message. I liked the restaurant. I didn't enjoy getting to the room and the shower was nasty and the floor was sticky. I also couldn't sleep with the noisy neighbors. I really didn't like the location of the hotel. I do not feel that the money I paid for the hotel was worth it. The shower was dirty. It kept kicking me off. The bed was ok. I like the restaurant, but I would have preferred a free breakfast. I also had to get security to stand out side the neighbors room just to keep them quiet. It was not my best experience. I may not stay at a holiday in for a while.

Location. Parking. During the stay there were 2 events being held in their banquet rooms. Parking lot was full and had to park on grass.

This is an older Holiday Inn, but the rooms were clesn and the beds and pillows were really nice. Staff friendly.

Clean and safe. No continental breakfast as advertised. This hotel was clean, safe, and located near a Walmart for any forgotten items. This is a great hotel if you're looking for a place that meets all of your basic needs. Also has high speed wireless internet, a workout room, and a pool in the summer.

This hotel was very quiet. I could not hear anyone else. Very Slow elevators. Overall I like my stay at this hotel. It was very quiet which allowed me to get some rest. Location was good. My room was very neat and clean and the staff kept it that way.

Bar connected. Dingy, needs to be brightened up. It was average and you could tell that this hotel has been there for a long time. I have been to many other holiday inn express locations and they have been newer buildings therefore looked great. This hotel was just in need of a facelift. Not horrible but not great. Wouldn't call it a three star though.

The hotel was quiet and clean. Our first room was a smoking smelled horrible. Next room was great. Great location. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel rooms were run down and in need of repair. This location in my mind should not be rated as a three star location. A three star would be much cleaner and up to date in their furnishings.

Nice and clean. Perfect for a one night stay. Bar closes at 10pm. Great place for 45 bucks a night.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We where staying in town for business with friends from Canada. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was great. The bartender working the weekend we where there (named Greg) was one of the coolest bartenders I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took such good care of us and showed our Canadian friends a good time. The front desk clerk helped us with directions since our GPS wasn't working correctly. She even went as far to call a personal friend to make sure the road she was sending us on wasn't under construction. Over all everything was first rate.
