The staff was very helpful. The hotel was not in the area of town that I asked for! The Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.The hotel itself is in a very poor location.

Most of the staff was helpful. It was far from the train station and in a somewhat remote location. This hotel is good for business travelers who may not notice its drab interior. The location is far from the train station and it can be unsettling to walk alone because you don't see people out on this street, especially at night.

Very friendly staff. Too far away from city center. This hotel is about a mile and a half away from any train station, there is another Holiday Inn that is on top of a train station. When we arrived it was raining and there were no cabs to take us to the Holiday Inn.

Hotel is inexpensive for the Munich area. It is only about 3 blocks from the train. We were able to take the train to visit downtown. Rooms are small by US standards, but normal for Germany. Only 2 people will fit in a room.

What a dump this place is. The rooms were old and ratty. The lamp shades were torn, the bed was in shambles, and the carpet was filthy. I hated to get into the bed. Thankfully we only stayed one night. It's in a residential area with an abandoned warehouse across the street. Far from the U bahn station as well. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I think a hostel would have been better b/c it would have been much cheaper. Wish I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn Munich City Center, which was FAR Superior!
