Great place would stay again. Had a stained towel in room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was way more than I thought it would be. The only thing I didn't like is the ice machine was only on 2 floors.

Very clean, nice extras, extra nice bedding. The lounge area was very bright and loud. The hotel was very clean and the room was quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was top notch. The rooms were good size, comfortable and clean. The hotel did not offer a complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel offers a lot of amenities. The pool and hot tub were used quite frequently by the kids and they loved it. Everything was very clean and tidy. It would have been beneficial to have a complimentary continental breakfast.

The staff was friendly and apologetic for the pool, but did nothing to correct the problem. The pool was dirty and no towels were available. The rooms were okay, the staff was good, but when traveling with small children the pool is a definite necessity. The pool was dirty and appeared to have vomit and bugs in it. There were no supplies and the hotel staff was unable to offer a solution to improve the pools cleanliness. My children were extremely disappointed, which made the entire stay challenging.

Clean, new, fresh, attractive. I travel with my daughter a lot and prefer hotel rooms with a second vanity area outside the bath.

Convenient location, amenities that kept the kids happy! Restaurant offered great food selections for both adults and kids! Service in restaurant was slow but the quality of the food was well worth the wait! Great location with all the amenities for both family and busines travelers. Restaurant food was much better than most hotel restaurants and kids under 12 eat free which was an added bonus!

The shower was fantastic. Hot tub was broken and was not fixed during my stay. Room was very nice, shower was excellent, but could not use the hot tub because it was broken and was not fixed before I left. A part had to be ordered and did not come in before I left.

Hotel and room was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable. Hot tub and pool were out of order. The hotel had a really nice decor. It was very welcoming. The room we stayed in was really comfortable and the flat screen TV was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
