The rooms were clean, updated & modern...very nice! Beautiful hotel, remodeled rooms. It was clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. We didn't visit the sports bar, but it looked like a nice place to hang out.

We received a wake-up call at 5 AM that we didn't order. We received a 6 AM call that told us our shuttle was waiting that we didn't order. We waited 15 minutes in the restaurant for a waitress to show so we could order. Due to street construction the street was closed in front and we had to go around and come in the other one way.

the room was perfect. the people were so friendly and when we couldnt get the room key to work the man from the front desk came all the way up to our room to show us how to work it. we would definitely stay at this hotel again. it was super !

I stayed here for 3 nights and my experience was positive, the staff was polite and helpful, room service was really fast and the rooms were really clean and spaceful. I would definetly stay here again.

Nice Hotel. The location will be better once the road consruction is complete. This has nothing to do with the Hotel it's just in the wrong place while construction on the new stadium is underway. Otherwise the Hotel was new and the staff was friendly. There was a buzz somewhere behind the TV that was a little annoying but all in all a good stay.

It was nice in regards to design & etc... Look to be at least a 3 star hotel by appearance only. It seemed that you got less customer service when they found out you didn't book hotel directly through them. The appearance of the hotel itself appeared to be nice & what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel. The room appeared to be clean. But I did find an "Ant" crawling on my comforter when I was lying in my bed. I reported it to the front desk as an FYI, considering changing rooms. But I was already settled & I had only seen one "Ant". I did not ask for a free room & they immediately stated that we can't give you a free room/refund due to you prepaying for your room since you purchased it through Priceline. I decided to stay in the room. But they had made references to Priceline 3 times during our stay like they were unhappy that I didn't book it directly through them. And I felt that somehow the level of customer service I received was less because I did purchase my room from Priceline. I've never had this trouble before when I've rented through ya'll. I doubt that I would go to this hotel again because of the attitude. I'm sure that if they were me-they wouldn't won't to pay full price for a room either. Anyways, the attitude was what ruined it for me.
