The beds were very comfortable. WiFi signal was too weak to connect. TV wasn't working properly upon arrival. We liked the location and the friendly staff. The walls did seem a bit thin, as we could hear others talking and I'm sure they heard us. This is a hotel that we will use again, despite the few issues.

I found some of the ice machine not producing ice. The location of the ice machine is confusing when you look at the map.

Staff was friendly and very service oriented. Air conditioning in room was not adequate. The property is well maintained, pools were clean, restaurant was excellent, front desk staff was friendly; the property is close to some shopping and also downtown Palm Springs. We had a great stay. I will go back again!

The rooms were very spacious. The AC was a little awkward but once it started, the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and nice. I would really recommended this place and the location is a little out of the way but it's not too bad.

New flooring, bedding, window treatments, etc. Claimed 100% satisfaction. Boasted they would bring 1 of 4 different types of pillow. Claimed housekeeping had gone home and would not bring us different. Very clean rooms, there was no elevator on our corner of hotel so we had to drag luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Beautiful lobby. We tried to relax and have a couple of drinks by hot tub, but they put up a blow up movie screen and we had to leave because of the amount of small children in the hot tub unsupervised. The next day, we ordered poolside drinks that never came until we called back and they brought to our room. It was okay. Clean, pretty, but they do not live up to 100% satisfaction.

Free internet. Dirty, no elevator close to hotel room, area was dingy and Jacuzzi was dirty. It clearly is an economy hotel. But that is Priceline's error not Holiday Inn.

We booked a golf outing a couple of weeks in advance. Who knew it would rain the whole time out in the desert, I mean it poured. Ok, so we ended up staying in the room most the time and rented 3 movies on the big flat screen TV and ordered food and drinks through room service. All and all it cost less than a round of golf and definitely was more relaxing. In the evening we cleaned up and went to the hotel bar for a while, then ate in the restaurant. My steak was perfect. Sorry we were cheated out of golf but the hotel accommodations and crew made the stay fun anyway.

The Holiday Day Inn at Palm Springs made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was spotless, well decorated and larger than we expected. We were very comfortable in this room, considering we were traveling with our two small dogs and our two bikes plus all the gear! The walls seemed a little thin since we could hear our neighbors' conversation, albeit muffled, the entire stay. Luckily we were so exhausted from our activities that we didn't lose any sleep over it. Our room was equipped with a flat screen TV and mini fridge. The front desk was very attentive. Whenever we requested an item, even bringing a microwave to our room, the staff was responsive and efficient. Thank goodness check-out is at noon though because a front desk staff member seemed reluctant to allow us a late check-out. Overall, a great value and centrally located!

Rooms were very nice with lots of upgrades, we were in one room and was unable to order movies we called the front desk and they were happy to change our room. Location was great next to downtown and attractions.

We though this was a TOP OF THE LINE HOTEL !! Very clean, Very quick service, Very nice People working there. The pool is GREAT! We will stay there every time we go to Palm Spring.

Aside from the amazing cabana type room, the concierge took care of us fantastically. NA. This Holiday Inn has a great front desk staff, very clean rooms and a nice pool area. The flat screen television and quiet air conditioner were nice surprises.

Hotel has been upgraded. Great place. Outside looked dated, but inside was great. Great suprise for a Holiday inn. Very upscale in the room. Pool was pretty good. Great view of the mountains.

Pool was great. Not clean, poor housekeeping service, trash everywhere. Memorial weekend. Very poor housekeeping service did not even clean are room for two days. Had to request cleaning and they still forgot some supplies. Trash outside the door next to parking lot was piled up for two days - gross. Pool was only good part of the stay.

Was very clean and affordable. The water completely shut off and the staff was unaccommodating and insincere. Was really nice, just remodeled and very clean.

Nice swimming pool. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is miserably understaffed. Pool towels were constantly unavailable. Restaurant is also understaffed and pricing is too high.
