The Holiday Inn Select Windsor was a very nice hotel. They made arrangements for our late check-in and early check-out. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint was the temperature of the room. It was very cold outside, but we couldn't seem to turn off the heat, which made the room very, very warm.

It was a comfortable night's stay. The pool was not clean. A great price, excellent value. Highly recommended for families on a budget.

Very large room, with separate sitting room. No breakfast included. Nice hotel, close to the US bridge and I-75. Hotel was on the Canadian side so crime was not a concern. I have traveled to at least 7 countries in America on business over the last few years and I can tell you that this is a solid three star hotel.

Good rate, excellent quality, helpful during snowstorm! When I had a question, the staff was quick to answer it. The room was clean. The food was excellent. A very nice place to stay during the recent 12 of snow that fell.... Jan. 23"

The Staff. Lack of shuttle service to downtown area - location. Overall, a great place. The staff there is always FANTASTIC. I've stayed there many times. I only wish the location were a little closer to downtown or that they would provide some sort of free or cheaply priced shuttle service 2 or 3 times a day or as requested. Cabs to downtown area cost 10 to 15 dollars one way.

The lobby was modern and the room was very large! The hotel was definitely an upgrade from just a regular Holiday Inn. The staff was so friendly in recommending resteraunts -and area attractions. We were very happy.

We were given an upgrade to a fantastic suite. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The staff was great and the room even better than we hoped for. Somewhat noisy, but that's to be expected on a weekend night. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was excellent. The room was clean and very nice. Nothing. This would be a great place for a winder get away with your grandchildren overnight. The pool area was really nice.

That is was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was not comfortable. It was a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not think it was a three star such as the Hilton or Hyatt, maybe 2 and half star. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Internet stations were convenient. I did not have wireless card, and could not plug in to internet. Decent. Free parking was nice. Wireless internet was available, but apparently plain old rj45 internet was not available. Oh well, no big deal.

Easy to check in. Rooms are dated. Big TV's (no flat) really no upgrades to speak of through-out hotel. Not a dirty place, just needs a lot of updates. Not a bad place. Good location ($15 cab ride to casino). Nice bar. Rooms are dated. Not really dirty but I would certainly not say they have been updated. Staff was very nice!

Comfortable beds, heat lamp in bathroom, staff was very helpful and nice pool area. We stayed one night and it was great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bathroom although a little dated was it excellent working order. Our room had a very large closet space which had a dedicated light. The bathroom had a heat lamp which was great and our hairdryer worked but it's the kind where the on switch is in the holder and not on the dryer itself. Pool area consisted of three pools a whirlpool, a larger deep swimming pool and they had a dedicated shallow pool 3ft and 4 inches deep which was great for my 5 year old. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was close to where I was doing my work. As I said it was close to where I was working and if I wanted to eat somewhere other than the hotel, it was close enough to downtown. It's a very clean hotel and friendly staff. It was easily accessed off the main road.

Very clean with absolutely comfortable beds. It was very noisy in the early morning hours, not their fault though. Good location, very clean, modern. Friendly staff. Slept like a baby in the very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay there again.

It had a restaurant connected to it. Holiday Inn, to me is not a 3 star hotel, nor did it have that appearance. We would have liked to have been closer to the water and other attractions. We seemed to do so much driving to get to things that otherwise would have been within walking distance. The hotel didn't seem to be attentive to maintenance. Our tub dripped.
