Great service, helpful employees. We will be staying at this hotel again. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. We checked in late at night, the hotel was able to accommodate our request for a king bed and the staff was so friendly even for it being late at night. We got to the room and it was huge bigger then we had expected complete with a fridge and microwave. We love this hotel and will be staying here in the future.

Clean and modern in a small town. Nothing, it was all good. This is a newer Holiday Inn and was very nice, the staff was warm and friendly. It has a small bar and a decent quality restaurant, the breakfast was expensive $8 for pancakes.

The hotel was very safe, well furnished, and had friendly personnel. The hotel was very clean and well managed. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable!

Rooms were very spacious, nice flat panel TV. Rooms were plain. Very nice, clean and very spacious rooms. Excellent flat panel TV in rooms. Hotel is fairly new. Convenient access to I-75 and local restaurants.

We have 3 kids and asked for a famly suite. Fabulous! It was decorated with Spongebob everything in the family area. A set of bunkbeds and sofabed, shower curtain, floormat, night light--all with Spongebob! The separate room for parents was appropriately grown-up however.

It was so great the kids didn't want to leave!

this place is often listed as new, but it's renovated-- you can tell by the bathrooms. the bed was fine (the sheets were a little pilly), the bathroom was okay (but the toilitries are from garden botanika), the towels are thin and rough, and the tv was great. our buddies in another room on another floor couldn't sleep because of all the noise around them. they called the front desk 3 times (last time at 3am) and they didn't do anything. holiday inn has a "hospitality guarantee," but while checking out our friends only got a "sorry" from the front desk.

The new hotel is beautiful compared to the old location which has since been torn down. Upon checking in at the front desk, the lobby was packed with people attending some type of a military conference. The person that checked me in was very loud and announced my room number. I asked for another room but was told there was not another room available. I was in town for a college function that I had to hurry and get ready to attend so I did not have time to check into another hotel. I told her of my dissatisfaction and it did not seem to matter to her. I even wrote an email a couple of weeks later ----- no one responded or replied. I work in Risk Control and I cannot stress how unprofessional and no regard to a traveler's safety by announcing the room number in a packed room. I was traveling alone and felt very unsafe in the hotel after this incident.

Location was good, hotel was clean. We requested conjoining rooms but did not get them. I would recommend this hotel to others as well we will definitely stay there again.

Layout. Surprisingly cheap toilet paper, tissue paper and no stationary. The Hotel is in a location with easy access to the major roads of the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel did have the following issues: the toilet tissue and face tissues were really cheap, there's no stationary in the rooms and the room keys expire after midnight on the day of your scheduled checkout, so if you plan on a late evening or going down/out for breakfast make sure to stop by the desk to have the key recoded. I saw this happen with at least five different people during my stay.
