Good value and close to my destination. The area is a bit unsecured. Clean room, good overall facility services, restaurant, bar, etc. Worked out well for where I was traveling daily.

It was open and had a room for us. Not clean, had to move to another room. This was disappointing for a 3 star. The rooms were not clean. The security lock was broken and I had to remind those 3 times to fix it. They did on the last night. It should be a 2 star at best.

I liked the atmosphere in the lobby. I think the room could've been better. This hotel was fine. It wasn't dirty or anything like that but it didn't seem to be the cleanest either but it was okay. I would recommend it.

The location was great. Near the highway and fast food. The room was not clean. The bathroom was downright filthy. This hotel had the potential to be so much better. But the room looked like they only changed the towels in the bathroom and I felt very uncomfortable bathing or using the restroom. The staff was very nonchalant and was not helpful with information about the city. My choice would be to never stay at that hotel again.

Staff efficient and friendly. For a 3 star hotel, I could hear and feel too much noise. Hotel was nicely appointed and room had good space and was attractive, but I could hear doors slam and the general buzz of freeway traffic.

It was close to the freeways and other shopping conveniences. Although, it was safe, at first glance one wonders about safety. It is pleasant. The color schemes and decorations in the rooms are quite clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful as are the people who stayed there, which is quite an unexpected surprise. Although we didn't dine at the restaurant, it would have been nice had the hours of operation coincided with our schedule. This hotel is really a home away from home.

Location was convenient. Nice pool and Jacuzzi, but I did not use it. Mold on shower curtain. Odd smell as if something was not clean. Refrigerator froze my leftover dinner so I could not eat it. I have stayed in worse places. Staff was friendly. I would stay again.

Good light big fridge and microwave. Location, poor quality staff. The hotel was not bad but the location was noisy and the staff unqualified and uneducated. The maids were sloppy except for the Mexicans. They were the best employees and the most courteous.

Some of the staff did what they could to resolve the problem. Our room was not cleaned. Pillows without cases, etc. Security guard got us a new room and apologized. It's older. The heater smelled like burring dust when we turned it on.

I stayed here for a class that was conducted at the hotel. Overall the area that the hotel is in is less than attractive I'd even say unsafe once it gets dark. Not many decent places to eat around the hotel so a car is necessary. The hotel staff is a mixed bag...some of the front desk people were quite nice while the manage did not return my calls regarding an incident with my car. It is a hotel I would only stay at to make attending the class easier though I'd hope (and plan on mentioning it to the instructor) to change the location. The hot tub is cold and the chemical levels could bleach clothing. Overall i'd only stay there if I had to...there are much nicer hotels in Phoenix for around this same price.

THE HOTEL IS PREDICTABLE AND CLEAN, BUT LACKED IN THE AREA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE BASIC AMENITIES WERE THERE WHICH WAS A PLUS, BUT STAFF DID NOT EXTEND THEMSELVES TO CUSTUMERS. IN THE SPORTS BAR, THE WAITRESS OR STAFF WAS NOT PRESENT MOST OF THE TIME. I HAD TO LOCATE HER IN THE KITCHEN. WHEN ASKING FOR DIRECTIONS THE COUNTER PERSON DID NOT OFFER TO PRINT OR GIVE DIRECTIONS, INSTEAD I WAS SENT TO THEIR BUSINESS ROOM. ONE OF THE PRINTERS DIDN'T WORK AND I HAD NO ONE TO ASSIST ME. FORTUNATELY, I KNEW MY WAY AROUND THE COMPUTER, OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE HAD DIFFICULTY FINDING MY WAY AROUND TOWN. OVERALL IT WAS, OK FOR PRICE, BUT COULD IMPROVE IN SERVICE JUST A BIT.

The rooms are only so so, definatly does not live up to a holiday Inn standard. The service was only ok, some of the staff has a problem with English!!! The location is convenient, right off the interstate. But the neighborhood is TERRIBLE!!!. If you visit, do not wonder to far from the Hotel, as it is iin a very bad area. We absolutly would not stay again.

The staff was very friendly. I accidentally ordered a movie I didn't want and they removed all charges without any problems. The area was not safe. The interior was okay, nothing to rave about. It's certainly not a 3 star hotel. The staff was excellent, very accommodating and friendly. The neighborhood was scary. Be careful if you have to go out for a quick jaunt to the store at night.

The front desk staff, waitperson and housekeeper were all extremely helpful & friendly. Nothing. The bed was super comfortable and the staff is of the highest caliber. I would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant raised there prices. Good hotel for traveler but to eat on premises is not worth it. The hotel is fine enough. The neighborhood is quite questionable. There are not any nice restaurants anywhere near the hotel. One would have to drive least 5 miles to sit down and eat.

Room decor was pleasant. Numerous examples of it not being sufficiently clean. The room was not sufficiently clean. There was some sort of spot of dried liquid on the toilet seat. There were several different colors of what seemed like dirt on the lid of the ice bucket. I thought, well may be they're stains. But no, they wiped off easily with a wet tissue. There was also a speck of dirt inside the ice bucket. The white bed linens had many little spots of something dark that turned out to be some sort of fuzz balls, though none of the other linens in the room were dark. I slept in my clothes! When I arrived, I was offered a smoking room. I told them I didn't order a smoking room. The only other room left was a disabled room. I took the smoking room first, thinking it would still smell clean, but it didn't, it stank from smoke, as did the whole floor. So I switched for the disabled room. While disabled rooms are a god send for those who need them, they are depressing for someone who doesn't need them, but has experience with disability and illness in their own lives, either themselves or a loved one, and every time I went into the bathroom, I got depressed. I should not have had to choose between a disabled room or a smoking room while being on vacation.
