Nothing. It is located in a high traffic area. This hotel is located near reliant stadium/center, the astrodome and various medical facilities. If you are going to one of those locations, this hotel is perfect. If you are not going to one of those locations, avoid this place. It took me 2 hours to travel 4 miles from the grocery store to the hotel because of a monster truck jam at the adjacent stadium!

Location was convenient and kitchens had all necessary utensils. Rooms were slightly dirty, needed minor renovation. Very good price and location, directly across from Reliant Park and very close to a Metro stop. Rooms were slightly dirty and slightly aged. Not for those seeking a great experience at a hotel, great for those who need to be close to Reliant Park.

Upgrade charge was ridiculous! $20 or $30 to change from a queen to two doubles! FIrst the upgrade charge to change the room from a queen to two doubles was either $20 or $30 - then the room we were "assigned" was a handicapped room - no bathtub - just a wheelchair accessible shower stall! They were fine about moving us to a non-handicapped room, but still had a queen bed! Not Happy about the experience at all!

Exterior appearance was nice. Room interior was shabby, motel occupants were noisy at night, unable to get much sleep due to noise. At one time, this was probably a nice motel. It is not now. Immediate steps must be taken to upgrade the quality of the room interior (carpet, bed coverings, etc.). This hotel was of a much lesser quality than the Homestead suites where we had stayed in the Kansas City area this spring.

Honestly, I really did not like anything. Definitely not a two star hotel, should be one star. No shampoo in room or available at front desk. Stain on ironing board which stained clothes Really not a clean hotel. No shampoo available for use. Ironing board had stain on it which stained my clothes. Farther away from Med Center than any other hotel.

I booked this hotel through Travel online, I choose this hotel because my husband and I were going to the rodeo and needed a place to spent the night. When we got there to check in Travel agency had failed to send our reservation confirmation over to the hotel. But the girl in the front did a great job at getting us in a room. The room was small with a queen size bed. The tv was smaller then other hotels I have stayed in. The room was clean it didnt stink. The carpet was clean and the bed was inviting. The outside of the hotel is nice. They could upgrade their rooms a bit. The heater in the room kept us warm. I would suggest taking an extra pillow because they only put two on the bed and they are small. Most channels on the tv were static, but it was tolerable. They dont have a continental breakfast and they dont supply shampoo to the rooms. But I did feel safe and it is in a good area. Right accross the street from reliant arena. I will stay here again if we need to. It was a comfortable room for the money. Like I said I booked through Travel online and the rate was $88.00 with tax included. So, it was nicer than alot of other run down hotels around. I would recomend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely awful. To begin with the bedspread had several large holes in it. In addition to this the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor and also had a lovely blackish looking mold growing throughout the vent. The TV was of a very small size and the cable television picture was full of static. I have stayed in this area of Houston before and I know that there are much better hotels in this price range. I would highly recommend finding another hotel.

conveniently located Dirty bathroom and dirty sheets - no staff on hand to replace them when i checked in late! I was extremely disappointed with the quality of this hotel as it does not compare at all to any other I've stayed in. I arrived at 10:15 pm to check in and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The amenities were minimal and below even the most basic standards - who doesn't provide shampoo in the bathroom? The level of cleanliness was most disappointing. There were multiple stains on the sheets and blanket. The bathroom had mold stains all along the base tile. When I parked my car in front of my room, I was noticed the outdoor lighting was very dim - not a great security situation.

easy outside access ala motel nor hairdryer, various other amenities missing, very tiny room Very difficult to access since it is on divided highway with no turn in from the North. Dangerous u-turns always required. Kitchen moderately well equipped, reasonably clean, very tiny living space, few special features like no coffee, shampoo. Double or tiny single beds only. Doesn't deserve the star rating it has.
