General Description

This Homestead property is conveniently located in the Waterford Corporate Park in Miami, approximately two miles away from the Miami International Airport. South Beach is 10 miles away. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, One dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

It is clean. The clerk spoke broken English and did not try to be helpful. I would recommend the hotel. It is affordable and clean.

Mirror in front of bed. I found a dirty sock belonging to someone else in the bed. This is a crash pad, nothing more. The lobby was not clean, grounds were well maintained and the bedding was awful. We got a terrible night's sleep and things seemed dirty, generally. The carpet was moist, walking around barefoot was unpleasant.

The amenities for an extended stay. The bathroom fixtures always had something wrong with them. With a convenient location right by the airport, the hotel is also near restaurants and grocery stores to fill your room's kitchen with food. The hotel's grounds were well landscaped, clean, and attractive. Wi Fi is spotty depending what room you get. Bathroom fixtures are hit and miss along with appliances such as alarm clocks. Overall a great place to stay for a short or extended business stay.

The outside. No airport shuttle! Non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I would never recommend his hotel to anyone. Ever.

The room has a small kitchen very helpfull in a long stay,it's close to the airport and some shopping centers,easy to get to.

The hotel was convenient and cheap. It was pretty clean and well-stocked, but my GOD the bed was uncomfortable. Thin hard mattress that slid around on the squeaky box springs, no mattress pad so the sheets also slid around, and two soggy-biscuit pillows that were about an inch thick.Still, the room was clean and the price was right. The staff was friendly and helpful. If financial straits define my next trip to Miami I'd stay there again.

This place was DISGUSTING. We killed roaches, decided not to shower because the towels had previous guest pubic hairs on the towels, the beds were horrible!! Two of us slept in the van because they booked us wrong. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Not friedly at all.

Actually had show time movie channel. Everything. Located out of the way; didn't feel safe. Check-in staff only on duty from 7 am - 9 pm. Shuttle only runs during those times as well. Not good for after hours check-in. Security runs the after hour check-in process but had no idea what paperwork to fill out or where the room was located. Should have pitched a tent, it would have been nicer!

Very close to the airport and they had free shuttle service It was not near anything but airport. No store, restaurant etc. It was close to the airport and the manager let us in the room 7 hours early b/c we just found out we had a death in the family. It was also nice to be very close to the airport and they had free shuttle service. HOWEVER .. it is not near anything but airport! No store, restaurant etc.

Clean, well maintained and spacious. Everything met our expectations. Pleasantly surprised by the size and the amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I would stay here again.
