We were able to upgrade to a nice room. No extra supplies in room. Had to go to front desk. It appeared to be clean and well maintained. For an extended stay hotel, I would have expected extra supplies (I.e.; a 2nd roll of toilet paper, any dish soap or shampoo). However, with a short trip to the front desk, we were able to get what we needed. We would stay there again.

Nothing. No pool, no tourist help. This hotel was OK to stay, but we did not receive any room service during our stay, we had to pay for the internet, there as no pool, no blow dryer, and the front desk clerk was unable to help with any tourist attractions. She haded us a magazine and said that was all she knew.

Proximity to the highway. Room was not ready for 3 hours past arrival time. The rooms were dirty, smokey despite being a non smoking room we ended up in a smoking room. The staff took 3 hours to prepare our room, well past the posted check in time. And the key cards we were initially given let us into an occupied room thus startling a woman already in it.

The kitchen is very handy and the AC works well. Does not accommodate wheelchairs well. We called ahead to get an accessible room, but none were available. So we requested a downstairs room, and were told we had it. When we arrived, we'd been assigned an upstairs room instead, for my wheelchair! If we hadn't arrived extremely early and been able to change our room assignment, I would have had to sleep in the car! The desk clerk had a bad attitude, and was barely any help at all. Please do not recommend this hotel to those needing "accessible" accommodations!

Nice room for two people, clean and cozy. Better than I expected. Needs housekeeping between days that you are there. The staff was friendly, the room was nice for the price. I would recommend that hotel to anyone that is traveling with a spouse or one or two children. It is a small studio, but great it you are there only one or two nights.

The bathroom was not clean. Shower clogged. The room was nice. The bed was like a board. The room was not very clean. There was no maintenance on weekends when you have the most visitors. Bathroom was not very clean.

Good location next to freeway, Starbucks, Robeks Juick, Spa, & restaurant They charge $10 extra/night for a room with two beds This is a fairly decent, clean hotel with consistently low prices. It's irritating that you have to pay $10 extra per night for a second bed in room. It's also sad they don't provide daily maid service- for my short 3 night stays they won't make up the room at all.

Convenience to freeway, nice area, grocery & restaurants available. Everything was nice. Except I extended my stay, was out all day Saturday. Got back late Saturday night and my key card did not work. I ended up sleeping in my car Saturday night. Not sure where the break down is/was but this made me very mad and upset.

This hotel is geared toward the Arizona Snowbirds who want a place for an extended period of time. Not idea for the average tourist or business traveler. Housekeeping is only provided once a week, and not at all for guests who stay less than a full week The room was dated and marginally maintained. Linens and towels were old and thread bare. Floors were not clean in kitchen or bathroom area.

We stayed here for about 10 days in Spring while attending a nearby conference. Granted, accommodations were relatively Spartan, but the room was clean and large enough, and the staff friendly and helpful. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

This motel was one of the most exceptional I have ever visited. It was clean and comfortable. The location was outstanding in terms of safety of the neighborhood, and it is close to two good highways and easy to get to. It is close to many excellent restaurants. There is a Good Egg next door, so I could walk and have a decent breakfast (they're by far the best restaurant for omelettes). It's inexpensive, so don't expect it to be fancy. It doesn't have to be; it's silly to pay a lot for a place you will stay only one night (or a few). I especially like the kitchenette, because I could store my leftovers in the refrigerator, and if I wanted to, I could buy food and dine in. I wish more motels at least had a refrigerator. I will make it a point to stay there any time it will be a convenient location for me.

Nothing. Dirty Unsanitary, poor view weird policy just nasty. Hotel was dirty, No disposal, Just nasty stuff under the sink. On the third day, the room was so dirty and insanitary, I don't even want to think about it. Car parking was about 10 miles away from the room, No elevators. No pool, no Nothing It was just a horrible experience.

Convenient location with easy access to 101 and I-60. Next to Starbucks. Heavy smoke and perfume odor. Bed dirty with 20-30 hairs and stains. When the rooms are maintained and cleaned properly this could be a great place to stay at. Close access to i-60 and 101. Convenient location for necessities such as a 24 hour fitness 1min west on baseline, Starbucks just next to the hotel, Albertson around the corner on baseline.

Landscaping was nice. Rooms were filthy. Hair, stains. Just gross. My first room had pubic hairs in the bathtub, food stains on the counters and dressers, and human hair on the towels. I asked to be moved and was moved. The second room was marginally cleaner than the first, but still was quite dirty. This property does not maintain the rooms properly and anyone staying here is likely to be shocked at the level of dirt or filth in the rooms.
