Located right in the heart of the city, the hotel is a stone's throw from the historic, lively neighbourhoods of El Raval, Barrio Gotico and Borne, surrounded by museums and many places of interest to get lost in. It has been designed by the interior designer Santi Nin and some members of the family, enthusiasts of a job well done. The building, dating back to 1888, is the old “Casa Framis”, later becoming the home of the Marqueses de Framis, who lived here up until 1990. The doors in the main entrance, now fully restored, date from the end of the 19th century. The Hotel Advance blends elegance, modernity, and plenty of comfort. It has 36 rooms, some of which feature charming terraces, where once more you will be able to appreciate the feeling of being in the authentic Barcelona.
