The hotel is a great location for someone who doesn't know Milan - it is right next to Central Station which is great for Coach transfers to all Airports. It has great transport links only cost €3 a day. Be very wary of the taxi drivers - we made the mistake of getting a taxi to the hotel from Central Station and it cost us €20 - the hotel is literally across the road so it is best to walk.I really recommend the cappucinos at breakfast - they were the best we found in Milan. The hotel isn't luxurious but for a four night stay it was sufficient and cosy. It is an ideal location and the staff were very friendly. There is a pizza restaurant across the road from the hotel which really worth a visit, it was very reasonable and serves great Pizzas from about €4.It is worth using some time to read the maps, although I wouldn't recommend the suggested shopping areas that are on them as they are not worth visiting. The places to visit are the Duomo and Montepolone. It is best to walk into town if you want to see more of Milan than just the city centre. I would also recommend visiting the supermarkets that are found on the way into town if you are after wine or confectionary to bring back home, it is 10 times cheaper than the airports and better quality.

Tiny single room which was noisy from traffic outside and had paper-thin walls, as I discovered when people next door came in around 2.30 am and I could hear every move, using shower bathroom etc not to mention TV when they put that on

Room small with two single beds placed in an L shape. Also next to lift shaft. Hence very noisy and disturbing.
