This hotel is located on Santa Cristina beach a small paradise only a few minutes from the city center of A Coruna an the international airport. An evocative place for enjoying the peace and freshness of the Atlantic Ocean just steeping out of the hotel lobby. The hotel's level of service is up to a very good standard and among the services and facilities provided we find gym, indoor swimming-pool and sauna free for hotel guests (closed due to renovation works till 15. 11. 07). If we take into account the scarce meters of distance to the beach (approximately 3metres) then this hotel comes highly recommended specially for sea lovers and those who are looking for a relaxing vacation. 07/08MP. The hotel exterior is traditional in style the main side faces the sea and the back side the garden. The main facade has been built with glass panelled walls white framed. The 103 rooms are medium in size and well equipped. They are very bright with large windows as well as decorated and furnished in a traditional although up to date style in light green colours creating a relaxing and fresh atmosphere. Some of them are facing the sea, some others the garden and tennis courts of this pleasant beach hotel. The wooden floors give also a warmer atmosphere. Baths are in good state. The hotel restaurant is also spacious and serves a wide variety of specialities including seafood and fresh fish dishes, always with the regional wine specialities Albarino and Ribeiro. It in on the main floor overlooking the garden which is a pleasant view while eating a nice meal. The lobby area is medium in size and welcoming. To the right hand side the reception area is found opposite the lifts and staircase. To the left we find the cafeteria and breakfast room overlooking the beach. 1 km to the nearest fair site (alcaido), 1 kms to city centre, 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 4 km to the nearest station (la coruna termino), 70 kms to the airport (santiago de compostela), 8 kms to the airport (la coruna), Close to the beach.
