Very friendly and helpful reception staff, who helped with booking a boat trip and dinner on the Seine. Superb location for central attractions and metro/RER stations, 5 mins from Notre Dame cathedral and lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was small (which we had expected) and bathroom had a tiny bath, but very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet - no traffic noise at all. Corridor from lift to rooms on our floor was very narrow and had no natural light, so felt rather caustrophobic, especially as lights were on a timer and had to be switched on each time one exited lift or room. Breakfast was rather disappointing - single croissant and bread roll each with coffee/tea/chocolate.

Hotel fine, laid back, easy checkin and out. Great location in the middle of things. But beware - one small bottle of water from the in-room fridge cost 9 Euros, a liquid second only in cost to printer ink so always bring your own!

We had a room at the top of the hotel (5th floor but was easy to reach with the lift), was of a standard size (as you would expect in Paris) and was extremely quiet. The corridors and rooms all have a wall covering which means that they are well-sound proofed. I have stayed in Paris for many years now and have never slept as well as I did here.!!It has a really fabulous location, close to, well, everything!We'll definitely book here again.

This Hotel was in an excellent location. It is less than a block from Notre Dame Cathedral. Mostly Friendly service. Desk Staff does speak English. High Speed wireless internet in the lobby. I felt very safe and secure here. It is located on a very quiet street. There is a bathroom in the room but there is no air conditioning. I booked this hotel because it had air conditioning listed, but that was not true (at least for my room). It was a bit strange navigating the corridors to find our room. We were on the Top floor but we had to get off the elevator on one floor, take the stairs down to the floor below, and then take a spiral staircase up to our room.

Also they do take American Express at this hotel. Many in Paris do not. I would stay here again.
