The friendly Hotel de Ville is located in the centre of the beautiful village of Chateau-d'Oex in the picturesque valley of the Pays d'Enhaut in the Canton of Vaud. With a great choice of restaurants and activities in summer and in winter, this small village is the ideal place to spend a few days, relax and get a real taste of Switzerland. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast only. Tea and coffee are available for all day. A variety of quaint Swiss restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Numerous attractions are available to each visitor in Chateau-d'Oex. The hotel is situated just next to the Chateau-d'Oex Tourism Office where they will gladly inform you about all the activities available to our visitors. Attractions include balloon flights, horse riding, visits to mountain pastures, museums, small cinemas, tennis, ice skating, bowling, miniature golf and a swimming pool. The village has everything to appeal to families with young children. Important Information:Please inform the hotel of your arrival time. If web bookings are made on Saturdays or Sundays for the same day the client should contact the hotel by telephone. The reason is that the fax confirmations are sent to theoffice which may not be manned on these days.
