After AlItalia lost our luggage the staff were extremely helpful, providing us with some food at midnight after our delayed arrival and they also made multiple calls to AlItalia to try and help us locate our luggage.I have given 5 for the room (fairly small and tea/coffee facilities would have been nice) and 5 for the food (some fresh cheeses/meats etc. would have been nice for breakfast), but given that this hotel is great value we were very pleased with everything for the price.Very well located for visiting the ruins, the hotel is also fairly easy to find from the autostrada and has parking. Note that the closest gate of the ruins to this hotel doesn't have the audio-guides which are essential for non Italian speakers but you can walk through the ruins to the main gate which does have them.I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good value, friendly and very helpful staff and easy access to the Pompeii ruins.
