My family and arrived there on the 3rd of sep 2008 to HOTEL EMPIRE at Church street and we found that the rooms and service was not upto standard and the price was too high for a deluxe room. The room is dirty ,bed sheets not changed and a toilet size of a box . AND YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT DAY. the receptionist was totally avoiding us and not to mention the general manager too . Also they had security cameras on each floor and didnt wanna view it. That is a cheap hotel with cheap people working there . We left as soon as we could. What a bad experience after going to bangalaore for the first time
