I popped into Milan for a spur-of-the-moment trip when airline rates fell, and just as easily fell into this cute hotel that was easy to access, friendly, and insanely inexpensive. Traveling alone, it was handy to have it so close to Stazione Centrale and the Metro lines: it's is difficult to get lost from these departure points and the hotel, and I was thankful to not even have to reference a map on my way there. Traveling alone, especially as a female, it's an extra reassurance to not stand out as an aimless loner, and I never did. As for the hotel itself, it was spotlessly clean, had a friendly desk staff, and I already miss my morning breakfast waiter who so cheerfully remembered my coffee order each day. My single room was the most spacious I've had in all my travels throughout Italy as well.
