When we read the reviews about this hotel, we held our breath and booked it because the price and location was good. we read comments like "the worse hotel in Rome" and "do not go"...but when we arrived we were greeted by VERY friendly and helpful staff, A clean room with private bathroom, wireless internet, a good breakfast and all this within walking distance to everything. The central train station, eateries, shoping, tour bus stops and more. Yes this holtel could do with a touch of interia decorating but it had everything we needed with great staff and a very good price... As the saying goes 'you only get what you pay for' well we got a bargin.

It's only a couple blocks from the train station. Very easy to find after you buy a city map. The tour buses have a stop just down the street. Bathroom was acceptable. Beds were comfortable (even the fold-out beds). Safe was easy to use. Some wall paper peeling but overall good condition. Staff was friendly and the maid walked us to the room. Overall, an excellent value.

Location and price. Staff did not split bed into two twins as requested. Elevator out of order. Hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from the main train station in the center of Rome. Nothing fancy but clean and seemingly in a safe area. Breakfast bar was adequate. We'd go back.

This was easily the worst hotel I've stayed in in Italy,. possibly anywhere. The desk staff extremely rude and unhelpful, common area dirty, so is the room and the bathroom. Facilities very basic. I will never stay here again.

The location is good as it is just 2 blocks from the Termini station but the facility is terrible - the air conditioner doesn't work at all and as a result the room is freezing. The man at the reception is always with a cold face. The breakfast is very simple.

Great location for site seeing around Rome. 5min walk from main train line termini. Excellent value for money. Nice standard clean room. We were very happy with this hotel.

Breakfast is horrible, instant coffee, packaged cheese,no fresh fruit, instant juice; front desk men are very nasty;' sewer problem throughout; horrible smells throughout; hotel should be gutted and rebuilt; don't waste your time;

clean room,good location.thin walls,street noise as well as a lot of noise from late night guests.breakfast very ordinary,I am glad we were not paying for it.
