The hotel was easy to get to from the main station and was fairly central for access to sights in Rome. The rooms were not easy to access unless you like lifts (the lift was an old fashioned 'cage' type which looked a bit rickety for my liking! The welcome was very warm and welcoming, with useful advice given regarding where to eat. The room was clean and adequate with air conditioning - but nothing special. Breakfast only was provided and the eating arrangements were not good - felt a bit like sitting in a corridor and the quality/variety of food offered was mediocre. I would stay there again if I had left things a little late - but would probably try elsewhere otherwise.
