As mentioned, the hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Rome and only a 5-20 minute walk to all major sights. The farthest sight was Vatican City and my wife and I tracked it in 20 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, as they speak English and will help you easily navigate the city and avoid being ripped off. We did a lot of sightseeing, both in Rome and Florence, so we never made it to breakfast :)

The only complaint was the noise, but you are in a major city, all else was perfect, service, breakfast, rooms were clean, staff was attentive. I also say because of no pool, and no work out room, i would give the hotel 3 and a half stars, 4 to many 3 is not enough, I felt the hotel was quite elegant.

This hotel is near almost everything! Go out the door and down one street and you are looking at Capital Hill and the Victor Emmanuel Monument. Piazza Venezia, Forum, Colusseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, are within walking distance. We were disappointed with the room size compared to what you see in pictures. Expected smaller than US, but these are REALLY SMALL. The bathrooms are nice, but don't expect to be able to turn around in the shower. Breakfast offered enough options for most people to be satisfied. It was on the terrace which is nice and the view of the rooftops and some monuments is nice too. The beds are VERY firm. I did not mind, but my wife was uncomfortable. TV is in Italian only exccept BBC, CNN, and MTV, no cable or satellite channels. The staff overall was good, giving directions to sites and where to catch bus/taxi. One stood out though. We had no airconditioning working the first day/night. Temperatures outside were 30 C and inside was 29 C. When we spoke to the lady at the desk, she basically said there was nothing she could do. We spoke to a gentleman later and he managed to switch our rooms so we could actually sleep. There are several restaurants close by, but expect to pay high prices for average fare. There is a travel office on nearby street where you can make train arrangements if you desire to see other areas of Italy. We would probably stay here again, but I would look for potentially more comfortable rooms (beds & air) at other hotels first. I will say after the room switch we were MUCH happier. .

The hotel is on a quiet side street, so we had quiet restful nights free of street noise. However, it was also a short walk to the Forum, the Capital, the Pantheon, shopping and great dining. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet featured a delicious variety of hot and cold foods and drinks. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.

The heating control system was not working properly and the room temperature was uncomfortably high.

The staff were friendly and satisfied requests promptly, Rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was good and better than I expected. Hotel was located walking distance to everything. The rooftop terrace was a nice touch! It wasn't a luxury hotel and I've stayed at many yet it was very nice and I would stay there again. For the price it was well worth it. The beds are not as hard as the other reviews may have suggested. They are firm but still quite comfortable. It was the reviews that made me choose this hotel and it was the way to go.

Couldn't be a better location. We were able to walk to everything from here. Right off Piazza Venezia, few minutes walk to Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, good breakfast, nice room. Only complaint is a too hard mattress, but we got used to it. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Spanish steps, piazza navona, piazza venezia, trevi fountain, pantheon are all walking distance. Hosianum made our experience absolutely memorable! I have already recommended others to stay there and I will stay there again upon my next return to the beautiful city of Roma

Vatican-run property. We only had 1 night, however, excellent experience. Everything you could ask for approx. 280 euros for family room (3 senior women). Authentic Italian decor. Spotlessly clean, beautiful big room with (1 king bed, 2 twins) in heart of city. Extremely friendly, English speaking, helpful staff. Lobby open 24/7. Modern spotless bathroom fully stocked w/everything you could possibly need. Looks just like the pictures. Can't say enough about this hotel! We were thrilled and highly recommend it.
