I absolutely loved the hotels decor, the room decor and the restaurant. We were right beside the 24 hour gym and could hear the man on th Treadmill at 11 pm when our kids were trying to sleep. This hotel was excellent. I loved the decor and the room was really funky! The bathroom was the best part complete with Aveda products! There was a 24 hour gym and the restaurant here was incredible! I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean modern look, brand new andbuilt in August. The cups in the room were dirty, the European shower and ice machine didn’t work along with one elevator.

Loved the way the phone is being answered, room looked just like online, loved the gym. The meals seemed to come from microwave (steak/vegetable dinner). Bright, friendly, clean, comfortable, easy to get to, I will stay here again.

The room was clean. Room service took 1 1/2 hours for poor quality food. The appearance of the hotel was nice, but not the best hotel for my 14 month old daughter. There is no bath, only a shower. I went to get ice to keep her milk cold and was led on a wild goose chase. I followed the signs for ice and vending, only to find after I went to all six floors that they no longer had ice and vending machines. I had to obtain ice from the bar on the first floor. Room service was horrible. When my husband called it in they said it would be 20-25 minutes. After over an hour and they still weren't there, I called and she said they were very busy. I went down to the restaurant shortly after and there was nobody there. They finally came with microwave quality food. Not the worst hotel I stayed at, but definitely not the best.

Modern, they tried to make it a nice hotel. Effort was there. It is very loud and very noisy even though I got quiet room. Not as spacey as other Indigo Hotels. Good if you are staying during the week. forget it on the weekends as you can hear the elevator very loud, ding ding even at the end of hall not next to elevator. Birds outside chirping and fighting themselves all night, you can hear person talk in next room, people walking around in heels upstairs, it is one noisy hotel. I probably would not recommend. I mean they tried, it is not the hotel's fault. its the way building was engineered and the infrastructure horrible.

Everything looked nice from a distance. Fuzzy TV picture, fixtures broken or missing, no ice machines. Poor TV pictures on all channels (snowy). HD TVin all rooms but no HD sources for the TVs. Fixtures may be missing or not functioning. Doors do not line up correctly or slide (pocket doors) smoothly. Looks like corners were cut during the renovation. Everything looks nice from a distance but when you get up close things don't line up, work, or function correctly.

Clean rooms. Elevator problems, internet problems, no ice machine. I do not recommend this hotel as a 3 star. The only ice was at the bar. It had a digital tv but the service was analog. Had internet problems and the elevator would stop at level 2 when 3 was pressed. It was a clean hotel. The rooms and bath was very clean.

Except the different setup there 's nothing good about this hotel. Horrible service. Definitely not recommended.

Room had recently been remodeled. Walls between adjoining rooms were paper thin. The hotel was a construction zone. It was a Ramada which was undergoing reconstruction and had been bought out by an independent. It looked unsafe for us to be in the building. The lobby was makeshift with plywood and plastic sheeting. The elevators were in very shabby shape. The room we stayed in was nicely remodeled but had paper thin walls.
