you're not likely to get better than this hotel for the price. I'd definately rate this hotel higher than 2 star, as another review states the bathroom competes with 5 star hotels. some rooms are on thr small side but this is hardly noticed due to time spent in room. perfect location, friendly helpful staff, basic breakfast. I'm glad i found this hotel to recommend to anyone going to barcelona on a short break enjoy, watch out for pick pockets!!!

The hotel really is well placed for the centre of the city. We bought '10 ride' tickets for the metro real value for money. and the nearest station just 50 meters away. We did not use the hotel restaurant, 14 euro for breakfast is a little excessive when it is possible to step outside and within a 100m there are a number of local cafe's that can provide the real experience at a fraction of the cost.D'Or or Bracafe are two to try.The room was clean and comfortable, no tea or coffee making facilities which could add so much for so little

Hotel Jazz was in a perfect location for exploring the city. Near the Metro for exploring further a field and a short walk to the heart of La Rambla and Barri Gothic district. The room was clean and well dressed. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel.

We found a jewel in Hotel Jazz! It's classy, contemporary, clean, a huge corner room with wonderful views, fantastic bath, great location, and a staff that can't be beat! We were treated like royalty. Free internet also. Close to great restaurants, shopping, and transportation. A great value for the money! When we return to Barcelona...you can find us at Hotel Jazz!!!

Wonderful, clean, modern,classy hotel in a great area. Staff was fantastic. We felt very secure and safe. All requests were met by smiling , helpful staff. We were treated like royality! Room was fabulous with a great view from all 4 double windows. Location was close to tour bus route and great shopping and restaurants. A real value for the money spent.

The Hotel Jazz lives up to all the rave reviews! We were only there for 1 night - had a corner room with sitting area(pull out bed), GREAT BATHROOM, great amenities, GREAT LOCATION. Breakfast included was nice, pool was nice and quiet, FREE INTERNET was wonderful as everywhere else we paid for it. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL- I wil stay again in a heartbeat. Minor little thing was you can't see that there is a ramp to take your luggage down from the doorway to the lobby/reception area (opposite side of the room where you check in) and no one volunteered this info at check in so carrying luggage down steps sucked- but this was such a tiny thing and we know better now...and so do you. STAY HERE - YOU WON'T REGRET IT! Oh, the restaurant down the street called the ATTIC (second floor-glows orange from Las ramblas) has the most amazing appetizers and very reasonable prices.

We booked 3 nights stay at hotel jazz on 23rd September and would most definitely recommend this hotel for any stay in Barcelona! The roof top pool and terrace were an additional bonus!The hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk away from major attractions and the port. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and room/housekeeping service excellent.The hotel décor is designed on a â€˜boutique-styleâ€™ and the odd paint scuff on walls in the stair access can easily be forgiven!Our room, on the fourth floor, was a good size, well designed and decorated and clean. Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries were an additional bonus! As morning coffee drinkers, we would recommend taking a travel kettle and cups.A great hotel!
