« remembering our dreams » The College hotel is a charming and original college themed hotel. The decoration is a reminder of our childhood and our adolescent dreams, dreams that we dreamt seated on our school benches as we stared at maps of the world; our spirit set free and roaming the world… Dreaming of journeys, of travelling around the world, staying at hotels. Reception welcomes the visitor on a wooden horse (vaulting horse) dating from 1914. All along the entrance hall, one after another, are niches each one holding an old school desk with its original ink well. On one of these desks, a computer with free 24 hour broadband Internet access is available for hotel clients. Free of charge wifi internet access is available throughout the building. Its 39 rooms spread over 7 floors are entirely painted in white; all have air conditioning and televisions with flat LCD screens placed on the walls. Also entirely white the 39 bathrooms have baths, corner baths and Italian style showers. The rooms and bathrooms have panoramic views over the city, Saint Jean, Fourviere, the Quays of the Saone, Croix Rousse or have balconies and private terraces.
