beautifull boutique hotelmy husband and i had a lovely stay here,the hotel was really central to the shops and amenities,the restaurant was excellent,the food was amazing and good value for money for this quality of food,definately recommend this hotel and restaurant and would definately stay there again.

Considering this is supposed to be a 4* \"boutique\" hotel i was quite disappointed. The hotel was hard to find, the room had cheap laminate flooring and the price was high considering the quality. The room was good quality in some respects - although as advertised there was a bath but was not one in the room - only a shower. There was a large plasma screen on the wall in the room however there was no sky sports, adult TV or MTV / movie channels.. I feel they would have been better spending money on the things you expect from a hotel in terms of a good channel package rather than a ridiculously large tv with only basic free view. There was also a DVD player but no DVD's available to watch or borrow. Another basic thing you would expect from a hotel is a trouser press but there was not one in the room. Also not much of a view. The wakeup call i was offered did come on time which was good, and the room was clean and tidy with good coffee, hot chocolate, slippers and bath robe etc. One problem I did have was the breakfast finished at 10am. I was told the previous night it finished at 11 and so when I went for it at 10.30 was told it had finished and also told that I would have been informed of breakfast times. I wasn't offered any breakfast or any alternative, which for such a small hotel with under 20 rooms i feel could have been arranged. The staff member was not particularly helpful or sympathetic to my situation. What happened to to the customer is always right. Also when i arrived back at the room late at night it was not clear how to enter the building and i ended up having to phone them to be let in. I am trying to be as positive as possible with this hotel as there were some good aspects to my stay but overall i would not rate this as a 4 star experience...

Lovely Hotel wonderful room and service unfortunatly the cooked breakfast wasn't up to much but would definatly stay in this hotel again

The hotel access was a little difficult as no immediate parking facility to drop off passengers or luggage. The restaurant was excellent quality food and fairly priced. The music was a bit loud/invasive and we had to ask the hotel to have it turned down (at 1 AM!) which they happily undertook.
