Check in was fairly hassle-free.Room was spacious and clean.Close-ish to subway (Victoria-Louise Platz), though a little far from the main sights.Great value for money though.

I was sold a room with an en suite bathroom, but was actually given a room with a separate bathroom at the other end of the corridor - for the same price. A little cheeky, I think - and not ideal.

It was nice room, but the stay didn't run smoothly. We informed the hotelier that we would be arriving at 9am, and we were locked out, unable to store our bags until someone staying at the hotel opened the door. While we were in the room, they busted in to "check the heating". Only one staff appears to speak English and there was great confusion in the morning about when we would be leaving.
