the 10th arrondissement is not the most scenic but this hotel is well situated between 2 Metro stations & close to grocery stores. Was able to walk to the hotel from Opera Garnier where the RoissyBus terminal is. Very nice hotel staff & the room was very comfortable. Area is a bit dodgy, maybe not the greatest for single females if you tend to return to the hotel late at night.

Carpets filthy, decor old and tired.Toilet or sink in bathroom leaked so much that floor was covered in water which spread into the bedroom, soaking the carpet.Staff quickly agreed to change rooms which meant repacking and unpacking and carrying lots of heavy luggage up the stairs to an equally poor standard of room as lift broken.Very poor value for money - not even worth reduced late room rate

Hotel was fine. The trip to the Rugby World Cup Final would have been better if the Metro system wasn't shut down, and Thousands of fans didn't have to walk 2 hours to the ground. Would they have been on strike if Le Bleu were in the final? I doubt it. Little wonder Paris didn't win the Olympics......

the location was great right in the diverse sectionof town, lots to see and feel with the locals, it is far away from the major sights but you can get a good feel for everyday parisian life. The front desk staff was helpful, although one staffer had no idea about nearby amenities as he was not from there. Overall you get what you pay for. small rooms basic small bathroom. probably will not stay there again plenty of other choices around

I enjoyed my stay at the Regina Opera Hotel...it was a pleasant jogging distance from the opera house as well as Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc. The room is adequate-comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. I was very pleased.
