The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from Via Veneto and all major attractions. It is within walking distance of Villa Borghese park. There is a glass door at the entrance of the hotel with flanked by plants. The large lobby is elegantly furnished, with marble floors and a refined style that shows particular care for details. Two columns and a carpeted stairway are in front of the entrance. There is an large, elegant sitting area traditionally furnished with sofas in different colours, along with wooden furniture and coffee tables. There are carpets on the floor and artwork on the wall. The relaxing and elegant bar offers an assortment of cocktails. The restaurant is located on the ground floor; it is very elegant and serves high-quality food. The rooms are medium in size and furnished in an elegant and traditional style. All are carpeted and decorated in cream colours, with their own particular charm. They are equipped with all modern comforts. 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (barberini), 15 km to the nearest fair site (fiera di roma), 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 30 kms to the nearest airport (fiumicino), 4 km to the nearest station (roma termini).

Good hotell with OK location at the 'top of the city'. We had three rooms and one of the two beds in each room should be renewed. Very hard pillows which i do not like.

This was a very nice hotel. We had a lovely room with a balcony. Very clean hotel with good character, very helpful staff. Only downside is that it is a little away from the action, but close to lots of expensive restaurants and hotels surrounding the U.S. Embassy.

A pleasant stroll up Via Veneto, a right turn at the top and you are there. Very good location for Galleria Borgese. (Book in advance.) Great breakfast.

I liked that the electrical outlets had their own conversion to US outlets. Also the bathroom was nice and clean and the flat screen TV was nice. No complaints here. The room was smaller then I expected though & didn't look like the picture, but my sisters room looked nicer like the picture. I would stay at the Victory Hotel again. It is clean and in a nice neighborhood. The metro was just down the hill and the hop on/ hop off tour bus stopped right there in square. The street is quiet and the windows opened to a nice view.

It was clean and comfortable, we were only in there to sleep. One manager was rude and not helpful in fact ignored us. It was like we were only allowed 3 questions-then he ignored us. The only negative incident we had was with one manager---I guess we irritated him. We asked several questions, he was the only one who spoke English, after our 3rd question he blatantly ignored us. But the hotel was clean and comfortable and I would stay there again.

We stayed for three nights at the Victoria and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and responded to all our requests in a prompt and courteous manner. The location was central and the cleanliness was outstanding. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and we will very probably return.

Nice hotel in a very nice area. Very clran mid size rooms with very nice bathrooms. Good breakfast to last the days of long walking. Large soaking tubs to relax in after all the walking you will do in Roma. Close to the Metro stop so Roma is only minutes away. Would stay here again.
