It was close to Texas Motor Speedwar. The front entrance did not lock and the staff was hard to find.

The staff and management unprofessional, nor did they resolve any issue during our stay. Rooms not very clean or up to standards. Toilet not working properly, rooms had odor,bugs,no security.The UnComfort Inn stay we had there, we did not stay there much do to all the problems with the room.

After reading the reviews I was a bit worried, but ended up happy once we arrived and saw that it was not as bad as it was made out to be. The staff that we dealt with was very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed and even suggested a place to eat. The hotel was also more secure than some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed at. You are only able to enter the hotel through the lobby and there are video cameras in the stairway and hallways. Our room was clean everyday and it included coffee & maker, iron & board, clock and enough towels for everyone. The towels and sheets were in good condition too. The room smelled fine and never found any eveidence of rodents/bugs at all. Everything was in good condition, not worn or dirty at all. The only bad side was that it is right on the freeway (didn't hear any noise) so it not possible to walk to anything, only drive. But I did like that it was easy to find and get to and from! The pool is on the small side, but we only ever saw one person at it so there was plenty of room. We would stay again if ever in Ft. Worth.

The room was dirty upon arrival at midnight. The staff became upset with us for asking for addtional towels and were continually rude throughout our stay. The maids did not speak
English which made it impossible to communicate requests for more thorough cleaning.
The manager was unresponsive to our complaints.
The last night of our stay the neighbors were drinking and smoking even though this was clearly posted as non-smoking section. Again the front desk staff was unresponsive.
I even wrote the company a letter of complaint to which they only responded that we should have communicated our dissatisfaction with the manager. Which we had to no avail. They did not offer to take any money off our stay or anything to try to rectify our complaints.

Do not do business with any hotel belonging Choice Hotesl! Your complaints will not be resolved!

Simple, efficient and the Internet service for free was absolutely charming. The guests (with teens) above our room were noisy till way beyond 2 am! The staff could not do anything. I nearly called the police. As I said, simple, efficient and the free Internet service was charming.
