No heat. Had to borrow manager's heater. Ugly gob of patching in sink.No cold water in shower. Security was a long stick jammed against door. Mis-matched taps in shower. Smelt of cigarettes but was no-smoking room. Generally dingy and dark. Guess we got what we paid for.

I am not the type to complain, and am not picky nor grossed out easily. This is one of those rare cases where I was digusted, and quite upset.

We paid 130 dollars for a one night stay in a non-smoking room (but were placed NEXT to a SMOKING room).

Our room also featured:

- heavily stained carpet
- stained bed sheets
- sheets with cigarette burns in them

When we asked for new sheets, the front desk assured us we were given clean sheets, but would "look into it'. They never did.

There is also a sports bar attached and it was very loud with yelling, and cursing most of the night.

Never stay here, EVER.

Had my family all stay at this motel because it is walking distance to Queens and was less than half what the Hotels downtown wanted. We had no problem with the motel...needs work but they seem to be doing something about it.....not talking about it...

I am pretty easy going person but this room we have is really quite shockingly dirty. The bathroom is the worst with rust, scum and black ""stain"" in sink. Will not recommend to anyone.
