The location was ideal for us , about 10mins outside of the city. Easy access to cheap public transport. Staff although not fluent in English were most helpful and went out of their way to give assistance. About ten restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel of varying cuisine and price. Suites were quite spacious and comfortable.

Suite was spacious and clean but in need of some TLC and a coat of paint. Friend stay in another room that was perfect.

The location of this hotel is close enough to the Pinar de Charmartin metro station to not be an issue. From that station you can easily get to the airport and also right to the Atocha area of Madrid (where Reina Sofia and the Prado are located). The description provided states that this hotel offers an airport shuttle. But this is not the case. Also, Internet is not included, but is offered. The microwave, stove, sink and refrigerator was a nice touch! Overall, a nice hotel!
