Staff at check-in. She also helped at breakfast the next day. No inside pool. Too cold to swim though sunny day, no microwave. Familiar with from AmeriSuites. Remodeling is impressive. Roomy, spacious rooms is a real plus. Room for room, I prefer it over the J.W. Marriott airport where we've also stayed.

The roomswere spacious and kept very clean. Small bathrooms and very few restaurants in the area. This hotel has a very friendly and professional staff. The beds were not the most comfortable but I was able to get a good nights rest.

Giant TV, shuttle to local stores, free breakfast, knowledge of area sights. Stinky toilet, not pet friendly, manager speaking to me about my arrangements so that every one in breakfast room could hear. I'm private! This hotel was a nice surprise with it's check in kiosks, beautiful breakfast area, 24-7 room service and free WiFi. I stayed a second night and relaxed. I like this kind of hotel setup a lot!

Th comfortable beds and the HD TV. At 4:30 am when I woke there was no water. I would recommend this hotel but I was a little upset when I woke up at 4:30 am and there was no running water.

New features. Bathroom area was very small; sink could only be used by 1 person. In this level of hotel I would have expected more. The hotel is very modern. An outdoor pool was available but not a hot tub which we had looked forward to. The morning breakfast was well presented and fresh. This is the second time I have experienced staff that was less than friendly. Once in Minneapolis when we booked a car and now with a hotel. At this hotel we were told we could not get a receipt. I have never had this happen before even though we had to give a credit card for incidentals and then were charged $20 and we never used the phone or charged at restaurant.

The iron in the room was dirty and it took 3 trips to bring one that worked The hotel is average at best. Not worth the 2-1/2 stars as listed

The location was good. The room was nice except for the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. The beds were good. The breakfast was o.k. The employees were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was great and updated. I had an 64" tv in the room. It looks exactly how it looks online. The only disappoint was that it didn't have a microwave in the room. Other than that it was great. I would stay there again.

The hotel was extremly nice, very well kept and the service from all the employees were extremly helpful and very pleasant. The suite was very nicely firnished and modern. The decor was very updated and the bed was so comfortable. We were flying out very early the next morning and the hotel staff provided us with a taxi for the 3 mile trip to the airport. The shuttle service does not start until 8:00 am on Sunday, but they made sure we we taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was great. The rooms were wonderful! Very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially X! He was always there to help us plan our day and checking in with us later to find out what we thought of his recommendations. Our only complaint would be the pool. It was 90 degrees and sunny everyday, yet the pool was too cold for our kids to swim. It is a very small pool, but we could have looked past that. Even after being in the sun all day the pool would not warm up. Being from Wisconsin, our kids were very excited for the sun and pool and didn't get to enjoy one.

Nice hotel with very courteous, attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. We forgot our hair dryer and the front desk staff immediately had one brought up, in addition to suggesting some places to purchase an inexpensive one if we'd prefer that instead. The continental breakfast offered a good variety of items, and there were complimentary apples throughout your stay for a quick snack. Even though we didn't use it, it was impressive to have the dining counter available with other food choices available 24/7. My husband enjoyed the Starbucks coffee counter.

This hotel was welcoming from the minute we stepped in the door. The staff was helpful; they even offered to send us to any of the nearby restaurants in their van since we weren't familiar with that area of El Paso. The room was roomy and the climate control was good. The beds were comfortable. I'll definitely stay there again when I fly out of El Paso, and would consider staying at another Hyatt Place hotel.

The big screen TV , fitness center. Complimentary breakfast - fruit was spoiled, and breads low fiber. Attractive upon entry. Definitely organized for business travel, several pockets of areas to talk, gather. Rooms roomy. Missed having a microwave.

Very clean, Awesome best I have ever been to. There wasn't anything wrong very impressed. Very clean bed was so very comfy pillow was perfect. Shower head was fantastic. I have never has such a good experience in my life and I am 60 years old. This is the best by far I have ever been to. I am not exaggerating. Thank you so much for such a nice experience.
