Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport is located approximately a mile and a half from Hartsfield International Airport and 12 miles from downtown Atlanta. The hotel is also 10 miles from Turner Field, 12 miles from Underground Atlanta, and 16 miles from Six Flags Over Georgia. Comfortable large rooms, great kitchen area and the most courteous and friendly staff is their strong suit. Can be a little noisy being so close to the airport. Great staff and well laid out suites. Would recommend to any business traveler going to Atlanta.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, the large comfortable bed, and the quality of the televison. The main lobby area did not offer much in restaurant, and bar atmosphere. The room conditions were great. Very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. A great place to get a relaxing nights sleep. The only thing the Hyatt did not offer was easy access to entertainment.

Corrected problem quickly and accurately. 1st room was not totally cleaned. It was a great visit, with a quite helpful and efficient staff.

"My first stay at a Hyatt ""Place"" hotel. Room was well designed, clean and comfortable. Work area and flat screen TV was a nice touch. Will look for these hotes in the future. Great Value "

Airport Shuttle bus. Starbucks coffee. No drinking glasses in room or wine glasses. Overall, pleased, nice staff, nice continental breakfast. Good location to airport.

Decor was very modern and sophisticated. LOVED the plasma screen TV. Called to ask for a portable crib and was told they would call me back if they had one; never got a call back. Under whelmed by exterior, elevators, corridors, but lobby and rooms were very nice. Obvious it was an older hotel they were slowly renovating to the new chain/style.

Really swanky hotel. I really liked the hotels decor spacious rooms and the staff was helpful and friendly. Located right off of 2 major interstates 10 minutes to downtown and most major attractions. I would recommend and stay there again.

This is one of the only hotels that I have ever stayed at the looked exactly like it did in the pictures. This is a really nice hotel. The rooms are a nice size and the sitting room makes it look like a suite. The bathroom is a little small, so watch your feet when closing the door. The staff is very nice and helpful as are all the shuttle drivers. When I return to Atlanta, this hotel will be first on my list of places to stay.

2 rooms in 1. Could hear too much hall noise from room. Has a divided living area and bed area. Very wise use of space. Totally modern.

We suspected some shortcuts by the staff. We marked the sheets and later discovered they left used sheets on the beds when they were supposed to be changed. We had to ask for facial tissue, soap, shampoo and wash cloths. They gave us a room with two full size beds when we were supposed to have one king size bed. We arrived very tired and didn't want to relocate to another room when we just wanted to go to bed. We choose this facility based partly on the ""good"" reviews. You gotta be kidding. The front desk staf was helpful though.

From the start the hotel is very new. Very clean, close to alot of restaurants and very convenient to downtown. Stay away from the rooms close to the street side they are noisy. I called to change rooms in the middle of the night and the front desk attendant was very rude. All was nice except for the noise and the rude staff. Due to this I will not stay again.

This was my first time to stay at a Hyatt Place, but there were no surprises. My room looked exactly like the photo. The rooms are nice and big, and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't have a chance to check out the fitness facilities. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the shuttle to the airport was convenient. You could take the shuttle to the airport to hop on MARTA to see downtown Atlanta. The food served downstairs at the kiosk was good, but as far as I'm aware there was no room service. Not a problem for me, but some people may have liked it. I stayed two nights, and my only complaint was the housekeeping service. I was gone all day until around 6 p.m. the second day of my stay, and the housekeeping did not come to clean my room until around 7 pm. It wasn't a problem because I didn't need anything, but I just thought it would have been done earlier. Overall a great experience, great hotel.

Loveley staff and boutique hotel feeling. Excellent food 24 hours, and starbucks coffee. Hot water was not very hot and took a few minutes to get hot.

I had an enjoyable stay at this motel. The rooms were very stylish and clean. The prices were affordable. There's a 42 inch plasma tv to entertain you. The airport and Marta Station is only 5 min. away. Free shuttle service within range. The only down side to my stay was housekeeping was late cleaning my room. It was after 4pm. That wasn't a real big issue. I would most likely stay at this hotel.

The suite was great. We would definately stay there again. Housekeeping didn't clean our room at all. They offered towels but that's it. The hotel was very nice. The check in staff was very friendly. The housekeeping needs to check with the room daily to make sure that nothing is needed.

Fitness equipment, room layout, electronics/connections. Friendliness of personnel. Very pleasant room layout, almost feels at home. Very clever set up of connections for equipment clients may bring to enhance the stay. The fitness equipment exceeded expectations. Great experience in general, will recommend specially to business travelers.

The flat screen was nice and big. Rooms are shoddy. The bathroom was disgusting. The HVAC unit did not work. The hotel has recently been less clean in my opinion.

Very cool rooms and facilities. No bathroom shelf to set toiletries on. A very modern, trendy cool place to stay. Big ultramodern rooms with 42" flat screen TV and settees.
