The staff was amazingly helpful with every little thing! There's no onsite guest laundry. I loved everything about this hotel except for the absence of an onsite laundry - which I needed during my 2 week stay as a business traveler. The food in the restaurant is good, but too expensive for what it is, but there are a lot of decent restaurants a couple of blocks over in a large mall area. The staff though more than make up for it - they are fantastic. The rooms are super comfy - my room had a large king bed with high quality linens. The 42" TV was great and I watched movies over my laptop DVD player on it. The in room coffee is great but each morning they brew Starbucks brand downstairs with their continental breakfast. The room was very updated and stylish and parking was fantastic. I had a wonderful stay - far superior to the prior 2 weeks I was in the extended stay that was far less convenient and far less comfy. The 'gallery hosts' were simply fantastic - full of great personality and able to greet me by name every day.

Although I am retired now, I still travel occasionally and this is the best hotel, that I have stayed in. The staff is one of the best I have come in contact with in 45 years of traveling. Very clean, well managed and run hotel from staff, maintenance, maid service, etc.

Friendly staff, clean and attractive rooms. We did not receive maid service for the two days we were there. Friendly staff, clean and attractive rooms. However, we did not have maid service for the two days we were there. I had to call to the front desk for towels, soap, coffee, and ice (the machine was broken) I was told to come to the front desk to pick every thing up.

Nice accomodations, good location. My room did not have hot water for the shower it was very cool water. Not bad good location. Plumbing was a problem. Water temperature of premixed shower was cold.

The suite was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was heartier than I expected. I did not like it that I was assigned to a smoking room and I had a baby with me. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. The room looked new. The breakfast was more than I expected which was nice since I had children with me. I would recommend it to others.

Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the flat screen TV- that was a plus. Would have been nice to have some type of food service in the hotel, but there are plenty of restuarant options right down the street. I would stay here again.

We were given a room, where the sheets had not been changed. One of the beds had a blood stained sheet. We called the manager, who offered to change the sheets for us. We insisted that we should be given a new room, which they did. The manager on duty was very apologetic and offered to give us a credit. We have not received a credit for this stay as yet.

Room was recently remodeled with Asian influence. 32 inch flat screen TV. Actual breakfast. There was no smoking area inside hotel. No balconies. Windows don't open. Under construction to become Hyatt. Newly redone rooms with Asian decor and granite counters. no pool. Night clerk a bit cold. Accidentally billed me for 3 nights instead of 2. Front desk clerk could not fix it. Great location near restaurants and malls. Entire hotel is non-smoking.

The room was very clean and the bed was new. I had saw a roach, they responded immediately! Overall the hotel was excellent. They are in the process of renovating. The room was awesome as a were the accommodation.

Staff was great. All had a great sense of humor, and were helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay The continental breakfast selections were great, and the fact that you could order from a menu 24 hours a day in the lobby was a life saver. Will definitely stay there again.
