The breakfast was great. Bed was very uncomfortable. Upside: the hotel was in a very convenient place for the purpose of my visit. I felt safe, and there were many shopping and eating options available. It was nice to have coffee, tea, refrigerator, and microwave available in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Price was great. Downside: the mattress was very uncomfortable; air conditioner was extremely noisy, hallways smelled kind of damp and musty.

Good hotel - slept well. Furnishings and painting of the room could have been a little nicer, but all around I was pleased.

This is a clean hotel with modern decor. The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. There are plenty of restaurants in close proximity along with different shops. The area is well lit and gives you a secure and safe feeling.

The rooms were run down and the wallpaper and the paint were coming off the walls. The beds were not comfortable and the air conditioning did not cool properly.

The hotel was nice enough, rooms were very nice with plasma TVs, bar & couch. We booked these rooms to spend the night after the Eagle's concert at the new Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and were assured that the shuttle (that took us to the concert) would also be available to pick us up. Needless to say, after the concert there was no shuttle to be found and when we called the hotel it appeared that the front desk staff had no idea that this new venue had opened, where it was or that it was opening night for the Eagle's. When we got back to the hotel,there was a lobby full of angry people that had walked back just like we did! I'd stay there again but not with the intention that a shuttle would make it easier for us to go to a concert.
