The Hyatt Place Windward Parkway is located approximately 25 miles from downtown Atlanta and 37 miles from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The room was much larger than expected with a separate work a sofa area. Condition of everything was top notch. Bathroom was separate from the vanity area with a long counter. Wifi was excellent. Plus the hotel business center was easy to use. Breakfast was very good for a continental layout. Easy access to beverages and sandwichs all day long. Very beautiful landscape and area to get out and take a walk and feel safe. Local neighborhood is upscale with many shopping and restaurant points. Easy access to Rt 400 exit 11. We've been here twice in the last six months and have already booked another stay for the Fall. You don't find this much quality for the price very often. Staff was very attentive to our questions and needs.

Many amenities, spacious andclean. It was lovely and made us wish we could have stayed longer. After a week on the road and some bland hotels it definitely stood out. The room was spotless, huge and had every amenity we could possibly have wanted. A decorative wall/screen divided the bedroom area from the sitting area where there was a U-shaped couch, ottoman and large flat-screen TV. The room also had a wet bar with a refrigerator and a nice, large desk area. The bathroom was very nice, though not huge. The room stood out because it wasn't just functional; the many decorative items made it seem upscale and more like home on the road. I would stay at the Hyatt Place again.

It was my second time in Hyatt place (different location). The hotels maintained a good standard. The staff was nice and friendly. I will absolutely stay in Hyatt place again for next trip in Atlanta. The location was good for me. It took around 20 mins to downtown atlanta and 25 mins to premium outlet.

Upscale, clean. Great breakfast. Curb appeal. This hotel was great. I think it has the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Plus, the breakfast was perfect. It seems they spent all the remodeling money on the inside and left the outside the way it is. Which is fine with me? Great hotel.

Very convenient to my work facility. Rooms at this property facing GA 400 are frequently noisy to very noisy. This hotel property recently was renovated and upgraded to Hyatt Place. The intent was to make the property more "trendy" but the most visible results in the lobby seem to have made it more crowded and "busy" instead. The rooms have been improved somewhat but little was changed but carpet and furnishings.

Classy, comfortable, convenient and exceptionally reasonable facility. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place - Alpharetta to anyone for a short or long term stay. We compliment the staff and management for maintaining a first class operation. From the informal check in arrangement to our rapid check out - the service was excellent. Our room and it's amenities (particularly the entertainment center) were unique - not to mention one of the best mattresses we've ever had in a hotel. The complimentary breakfast bar and the selection of purchased meals were top notch. Also, the large variety of convenient restaurants in the immediate area was a real plus in our 3 day stay. We will definitely stay here again, and as we travel, we'll try other Hyatt Place hotels, hoping that they match up to this one.

The hotel staff was warm, inviting, and accommodating. The room was wonderful, and the hotel was very easy to find. Breakfast was a delight. I will recommend this hotel to all who are looking to a place to stay in the area.

I was shocked at the low level of service being a Hyatt. They gave my room to someone else and stuck us with a single bed. The manager was rude and repeated that if we did not want the room we could go to another hotel. The tub had stains and the water drain slowly during showers, leaving one standing in water. They promised to repair but didn't. The dining area is part of the lobby and was constantly dirty.

It is a really nice hotel with a REALLY nice, free breakfast. Oblates made to order, good coffee, pastries, fresh fruit, just great. My room was very clean and nice, had a mini-kitchen, great bed, sofa, dining and sitting area. Although it was short, I really enjoyed my stay. There is no doubt where I'll stay when I'm in Atlanta.

We made a quick trip to Alpharetta mainly for the purpose of taking our daughter and her friend to the American Girl Store. The spacious room easily accomodated 2 adults and 3 children for sitting and sleeping. We had two double beds and an L-shaped sofa which opened into another bed. (A small partition separates the two sleeping areas.) Just as the other reviews had said, the bathroom (although clean) was not updated when the rest of the room obviously was. The remainder of the room and hotel had a very nice contemporary style. The staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining area for breakfast is large, and Starbucks coffee, drinks and sandwiches are available in the lobby. Getting this kind of quality and atmosphere at such a reasonable per night rate, we will definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated. Lcd TV's. Already dirty carpets. Newly renovated yet already the carpets were a mess. Construction workers eating in the breakfast area and a horrible breakfast to boot.

The Hyat Place was a very classy contemporary hotel suite. Everything seemed new. The suite room was great - it had a flat screen TV on the wall for viewing from a wonderful sectional sofa, desk, frig, and sink. The only complaint we had about the room was there was a crack in the wall of the shower that was patched (poorly). Everything else was like new. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The free continental breakfast was fine and you could order more substantial fare for a reasonable charge. Food was actually available for purchase 24/7. The location is across the street from several restaurants and shops and convent to the highway. We would differently stay again if back in the area.

Excellent, well-equipped rooms. Other large groups were out of control, loud parties, smoking. The hotel is well placed in a great part of town with easy access to the freeway and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. While staying there two large groups in the hotel and were out of control and left youth with no adults in the evenings, thus loud parties until after mid-night. The staff was extremely helpful but could not control the kids on all floors.

I love the modern design and interior of this hotel. It is very chic. The 42" flat panel LCD TV is a great plus with the sectional sleeper sofa and ottomon.
