Very clean room, excellent staff service. Did not like the surroundings very much. Excellent hotel for the price. Great service from the staff. Very good continental breakfast. Far from central Tampa and the shore, right next to Busch Gardens.

My family and I had problem with toilet leaking. Toilet papers were like sand paper. Cheap continental breakfast that did not include waffles or pancakes, but they were available for sale. It seem like the Hyatt hotel chain has decided to go the Air line way of cutting costs, but they are not affected by gas prices!

The staff was friendly, rooms immaculate. There was nothing we did not like. The hotel was modern, very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had a slight issue with our room the first night of our 7 night stay and the staff immediately fixed the problem.

I liked check-in staff and close to Busch Gardens and Chipotle's. Husband liked TV. Carpet felt damp. Great location. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Yummy breakfast.

Very helpful front desk- gave initial tour. Better than most Hyatt Places. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was shaken up from a near car accident near the hotel and the nighttime female front desk assistant suggested a calming tea that was free. I slept like a baby.

Clean, friendly andconvenient. Problems with WiFi access from room; had to go to lobby. I was on the phone for over 45 minutes with a tech who was obviously not technically educated. Very frustrating.

We stayed here on a recent trip to Busch Gardens. I was suprised by how friendly the staff was. The personal tour of the facilities was also very impressive. We stayed in a room with a King bed and a pullout couch. I loved that there was a "wall" that divided the bed from the couch so it seemed as if there was some privacy. The large screen tv was also awesome and placed so that you could see it from the bed or the couch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only complaints I have are that the breakfast didn't offer many choices and there were no microwaves in the rooms.

Quick, friendly check-in. After the game, we LOVED the late check-out the next morning. Nice, clean room. It only took about 15 minutes (if that) to get to the St. Pete Times Forum for the game and back--a great alternative to staying in the pricey hotels downtown. Very close to Busch Gardens (we could see a roller coaster from the parking lot), but no noise/traffic issues or anything of the sort. We are used to staying at the Hyatt Regency brand, but found this to be a nice alternative with a comfy Grand Hyatt bed. Nice big flat screen tv in the room on a swivel to accomodate watching in bed or on the coach in the office section of the room. Lots of tech hookups for Internet and easy to reach/utilize. Plenty of space on office desk/bar in room. Would have liked continental breakfast to stay open a little longer, but option existed to buy gourmet muffins, sandwiches, etc. for small price after breakfast ended.

Nice size room. Not much in hotel for kids. Very pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the room. Not very happy that the restaurant was so small, no game room or anything for kids.

The sink by the bathroom when turned on it seemed as if backed up, or took a while for the water to go down. The hallways had humid smell. Location was a plus. Hotel well maintained and clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good and not packed with tons of sugar to wire kids and pretty healthy for those who choose to eat better. Front desk was accommodating and very informative.

Loved everything about the room decor. There was no microwave in rooms. Ihave never been at the hyatt before butI will more than likely try to stay in this hotel for all my future trips. As long as the price remain right.

Contemporary Styling, 42" Plasma, Good Décor. Some common areas doesn't keep up with the rooms level. Overall very good. Excellent for business travelers too. Free Wifi and excellent Continental breakfast.

Nice room, really nice TV. Starbucks coffee, doesn't taste like Starbucks. We arrived the hotel late so we got a really nice suite (I guess the standard room wasn't available anymore). It had one big bed (queen or king), comfy with nice pillows and a sofa bed (queen size). Everything was nice and clean (tub could be cleaner though, they should use a stronger cleaner to remove stains). The TV was a big flat screen (seemed plasma) with some HD channels.

Classy mid-size elegant value hotel, handy location, super staff! Encourage staff to wear name tags because one meets many excellent ones. After staying several times, my wife and I really feel at home here. It is handy to Busch Gardens and The Moffitt Cancer Center. The rooms are large and comfortable, quiet, large flat TVs. There is a pool and workout center. A fresh complimentary breakfast with Starbucks coffee offers a good morning start. Staff just cannot do enough for you. We think it is an excellent value. A shuttle van to The Moffitt would be a nice touch.

Good location, safe in room, interesting room set up, large screen TV. Tub in bathroom looked old, needed a little updating. Nice hotel, but I would be disappointed if I were paying the regular rate.
