Sub-par continental breakfast selection & poor excuse for fitness room. Good value. Professional staff and operations. Halls and capeting showing signs of wear, but otherwise meets Hyatt's hugh standards. Free WiFi throughout property and free internet station in small business center a big plus. 24 hour sandwich and snack bistro a big plus. Fitness center is a small room with three 1980s vintage carsio machines. Upgrade it or close it down- it's embarassment. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Definitely will stay there again.

Friendly, good complementary breakfast, elevators fairly prompt. Bed mattress okay, but not great. I would recommend this hotel. When I stayed before the bed I got was much more comfortable than this time. Good breakfast bar.

The staff was very accomodating in every way, the decor of the hotel was in very good taste. Wish there was a hot tub by the pool. This exceeded our expectations, the staff was amazing, the room was very clean, the ground were great.

Friendly staff that was young. Shower, toilet, is too small for fat people. This hotel is fantastic. The people were young but very respective. We had been traveling for 2 days and looked like it. I thought they were going to be rude to us . But they were very nice. I would come back to this hotel.

We like the size room with its extra living section with frig and HD Flat Panel TV. Nice decor of hotel and reasinable reate for what you get. Would stay again.

I absolutely loved this hotel. We were visiting Cypress Gardens, and although it is 20 minutes away, it was worth it. The hotel staff was friendly, and continental breakfast was plentiful. Even the made to order was quick and inexpensive ($6 or less). The room was more than we could have imagined for the price we paid. The bed was so comfortable and the flat screen was amazingly LARGE! Sleeper sofa for the kids was comfortable with a divider between for privacy!

It was next to the Lakeland center where I was working. The rooms are dark. Enjoyed my stay, but parking was a problem when a event or concert was going on next store.

I love the modern feel of the decor and plasma TV. The air conditioner was so loud, it was hard to sleep. Second time we've stayed there, would stay there again if we needed to go back to that location for business or pleasure. I did not remember air conditioning being so loud on our first trip there, told the hotel they said they'd send maintenance up the next morning to check on it. Was still just as loud later when we returned. However, overall experience very pleasant.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The dinning area needs to be bigger, more tables. The hotel was very up to date. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. A lot of parking space was available. Overall I was very pleased with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lakeland. It is close to Downtown.

The hotel was overall nice. I loved that this hotel was non-smoking, everything was very clean and they allowed us to check-out at 2 pm without any questions.
