Our room was located to the elevator, this way we could hear all guests coming in and out even after 2am. You could hear everything through the thin doors. It was loud and I was interrupted in my sleep. Next time I will check for sure, that I won't get a room located to the elevator.

If Pool was open - otherwise it was a great place to stay with family. Rooms were awesome, breakfast was great, staff was very professional and nice. Had no issues with my stay at all!! Would do it again!

Clean, and comfortable room. Bedwas not great (not bad, though). Very nice, modern hotel. Rooms on the Bryant Irvin side of the hotel are a little louder than those facing away. Beds are good, but not great. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, nice 42" HDTV in the room.

The appearance of the rooms. Food price were a little high. My overall experience at this hotel was excellent! Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy! The rooms were very nice and the staff showed concern to the needs of the guests.

Leaving. Construction, jack hammering, shakes the hotel, smell, dirt. This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life. There should never have been guests allowed to stay there during this stage of construction. I bit of dust is one thing, but jack hammering in the hotel when you can't hear the TV or your travel companion is ridiculous.

Attractive room, and friendly staff. Nothing. Excellent. I have stayed in this hotel three times during the past three months. When I attempt to buy a room in Fort Worth, I hope to come again at Hyatt Place.

Bright, cheery and clean. No restaurant. Well kept, cheery, knowledgeable staff. Near the attraction we were going to. Easy access to restaurants, major highways. Clean rooms with hi-def, large screen TV's. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very pretty. Spacious rooms. Close to restaurants! The pool was closed due to construction. The rooms are pretty. My kids loved the plasma TV. The service was great. The pool was closed, but, the hotel offered us a place to swim. That pool was fantastic. Quick service, Polite. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean and modern. The elevator was small and made a lot of noise. Made me a little nervous. Nice hotel. It does seem a little like a Microtel posing as a Hyatt. The room was nice like other Hyatt rooms I've been in but the halls and elevator screamed cheap hotel. The air conditioning in the room didn't work that well (and it wasn't that hot out). Overall I would say it was good for what we needed. We would stay there again.

It was far above the quality that we were hoping for. The hotel was a Hyatt and the room had a plasma TV, leather couches, soft water. The room was very romantic as well as fit for a business person. I was very excited to stay there.

It was not a safe secure place. Rough looking people hanging around. We did not stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but trucker's. Attendant wanted cash. Said the room was not paid.

It was extremely easy to locate, clean and easy to get in and out of the parking. No indoor pool/hot tub area. I was extremely pleased with the friendliness, cleanliness, security, and over all outstanding personnel. I found that it was busy with many travelers from all over the United States while we were staying at the hotel. (We noticed all of the different states on the license plates). The room was always cleaned and ready for us each day and the staff was very helpful, and friendly.

It was so roomy, comfortable, and contemporary! There is a lot of dining and shopping around the hotel, and easy access to the interstate! Close to the Zoo, and Six Flags! We have found our hotel for all DFW trips!

I was Very Impressed with this hotel. Have not previously stayed at a Hyatt Place. Would definitely recommend. The rooms were Very roomy, Extremely clean, and a really Great Value. We stayed 3 nights with 1 King room and 1 Double room. Both rooms also had pull out sectional couch for extra space. Desk, Xtra Large Flat screen TV on swivel. Bathroom was very nice, lots of hot water and nice ammenities. Plenty of fluffy towels. The beds had down toppers, and everything was fairly new and very well decorated. I can't believe this room was only $79 per night. I have never been in such a nice room for this price. It even had a wet bar and small fridge. This price also included a well done continental breakfast. I certainly hope the Hyatt Place here in Tulsa is as nice so that I can send people there when they visit me. The only small drawbacks were the closet(hard to get into), and the pool(heated but still pretty cold). The location is also very good. Right behind the Super Target with everything you could need, and other shopping(Hulen Mall) etc... within 1 mile. All I can really say is WOW!!

The only thing I was shocked about was the pack n play they brought for us to use for our baby-the side rail was broken when they brought it. Everything else was so fresh and new that I was really happy with my stay.

The 42" plasma TV was very nice. This hotel was under renovation and I was not aware of that at the time of booking. Overall, I liked this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Refrigerator was a plus.

We were blown away by the updated room, the size and the amenities. NA Of the four rooms we stayed in during our trip, this was by far the best. The other rooms were 3 1/2 stars, and this was listed as a 3. But in our opinion, this was hands down the nicest. Friendly staff, beautiful room, and lots of creature comforts. Highly recommend Hyatt Place!

Great location close to I - 20 and I 30. Super clean, awesome breakfast and exercise room. Not in a scenic spot, but I did not care about that. I was going in and out of Ft. Worth. I was shocked at just how great this place was. Right off of I-20 and close to I -30, it was almost NEW clean, exercise room, fresh fruit and Starbucks for breakfast, a pool, and a staff that actually tried to remember your name. We are from NJ and if everyplace in Texas is like this, then we are moving there. It did not have a restaurant, but it was surrounded by great restaurants within walking distance.

Very clean and spacious rooms with refrigerator, coffee pot, and clear TV. The sheets were extremely stiff and uncomfortable; would have liked more TV channels. Very nice hotel, with plasma screen TV. Very clean. Full, nice breakfast included. Very pleasant stay. We will stay there again if in the area.

Spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was limited to fruit, toast, bagel and cereals. Very pleased with the quality of the hotel. The rooms were very large with a sleeping area and a lounging area with comfortable couches. Would definitely recommend it.

The large TV, large sectional sofa, good mattress, free internet. Bathtub area needs re doing (peeling paint, etc.). We liked it very much would definitely stay there again. Friendly, great set up of room. Although tub area needed re painting, etc., it was very clean.
