Hyatt Place is an exciting and innovative new select service hotel offering more of what is important to todays travelers. Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features a self-registration kiosk, an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. Guests at Hyatt Place will also enjoy a free continental breakfast each morning and can purchase freshly prepared menu items, premium espresso drinks, or beer and wine 24 hours a day. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for any pet discovered in the hotel. Service animals are always welcome. This downtown hotel boasts five levels of guestroom floors, secure garaged parking, mezzanine level and a spacious and expansive gallery. Very clean and romantic. Well I brought my own personal $130.00 pillow and forgot to pack it up when I left. I returned 2 hours later and it was never found.

it says it has a swimming pool but they forget to specify it is indoors (not to mention veeeery small), so if you are thinking of working on your tan, think twice. also, the free breakfast is only until 9:30 am, so people who like to sleep late when on vacation, like me, completely misses it. i wouldn't go back to this hotel.

This was a last minute trip to Palm Beach to pick up an Auto the following morning. Found 2 drawbacks to this hotel, and they both had to do with the hotel shuttle. I was late arriving due to weather in Atlanta. The shuttles do not operate after a certain time, and I had to cab it to the hotel. The hotel does not reimburse for cab from the airport. The host was great. He got me in and to my room rapidly. The room was quite clean. The couch was nice and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good as continental breakfasts go. Plenty of fruit, cereals, juices and breads to choose from. The morning hostess was wonderful. I attempted to get a shuttle to the auto dealership I needed to get to and was told, however, that where I needed to go was just outside of the 2 mile radius of the shuttle. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because i could take the shuttle where I had to go, as the info states a 5 mile radius of the hotel for the free shuttle. Cab fare isn't cheap in West Palm Beach. Loved the hotel, would absolutely stay there again, however, I feel I got hung out to dry on the ground transportation.

Hotel very clean; rooms are well designed & comfortable; customer service willing to accomodate. Within walking distance to beautiful waterway, good food & evening entertainment. If you don't mind the indoor pool it would be great for vacation, but it's perfect for business travel.

Very clean, brand new building! Parking garage was confusing and hard to drive through. This hotel is brand new and the style shows it! Very modern decors with a great room setup.
