We found everything about the hotel was AAA. The breakfast could have lasted till 10:30. After all when on vacation we like to sleep in but we managed. I have stayed in same hotel in Rogers Ark. They are now my #1 pick for the price. Very upscale. Comfotable beds, sheets, pillows. Real glasses and mugs. Breakfast was very nice. Coffee grew hair on my chest but diluting by 1/3 it was great but thats Starbucks for you. See you soon!!!

The rooms where spacious and well appointed. The large plasma TV was such a treat. We had a great stay!! The continental breakfast was very nice and the dining area was just as comfortable as the rooms. Nice job Hyatt!!

Loved the flat screen TV's in the rooms! Beautiful hotel! Nothing, it was perfect. This hotel was extremely beautiful. The staff was super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Loved the rooms and huge flat screen TV's. I will return again! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The hotel was extremely clean and it was a very quiet place to stay. The staff was very eager to help us with anything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

The room was great for the family. Only problems are that they do not have a microwave in the room or an inside pool. Staff was fantastic no problems at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfort of room. Staff not sufficiently knowledgeable of hotel area. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and atmosphere was nice. However, the staff at the desk is not very knowledgeable of the surrounding area, i.e., location of hotel in reference to major highways and surrounding streets. I spent 2 hours trying to find the hotel with the help of hotel staff. Each time I called them from the general Memphis area to locate them, I was met with confusing instructions and communication was poor in trying to assist me with directions to the hotel. I did not arrive until almost midnight; therefore, it hardly seemed worth it to go to a hotel on the east side of Memphis.

The room was clean and the staff at the front desk was excellent. I would recommend this hotel. It was worth the price I paid for. The hotel is located approximately 16 miles from downtown Memphis and is in a nice area.

My stay here was work related. I was a long ways from home, but the staff was friendly. Their personalities were warming, as well as welcoming. Therefore it made my stay(due to being home-sick) less complicated. The stay was marvelous!

Holy smokes! This place is awesome. Probably among the nicest hotels I've stayed in at any price (even some 5 stars) and by far...BY FAR...the best room I've stayed in for under a C note. Large sitting area, huge flat panel TV with loads of inputs available, free WiFi, very clean and well maintained, friendly and efficient staff, all night kitchen...I could go on and on. We were only going to stay one night and go home, but after seeing the hotel and the room we are seriously considering another night just to stay in a nice place and feel semi-pampered.

Good staff, convenient and reasonably safe 15-20 min to downtown. Self service load in / load out. Great for business travelers to the greater Memphis area particularly east and southern Memphis. 15-20 minutes to downtown and attractions.

The staff were very nice and friendly. If you want break food such as eggs or bacon you pay for it. I really liked this hotel. The pictures were really on point. I loved the 42 inch flat panel television. The staff were really nice. The hotel uses efficiency bulb lights. They offer participation in changing towels every couple of days to save water usage. If you don't want to participate you don't have to. They freshen your rooms every day regardless.

Nice decor, front desk worker wasvery friendly. The bathtub appeared to be older than rest of the room. I stayed at this hotel for the first time. I really liked this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. They put us in a handicap room. The motel was clean and nice, I did not like the fact that they put us in a handicap room.
