Parking was only available in the airport lots. There was a charge for parking. The hotel is attached to the Greater Pittsburgh Airport, so it is very convenient for guests traveling in or out of the airport. The rooms and public areas were very stylishly decorated. Dining choices are limited to the hotel restaurant or a very few places inside the airport. The hotel is not near downtown Pittsburgh. The nearest civilization is approximately a 15 minute drive away.

Good staff attitudes. Do not use fitted bottom sheets. Very inconvenient for guest. Excellent facility, service, staff and food.

Comfortable bed and plenty of soft pillows. Parking is expensive. Very nice hotel with exception of finding a parking space that did not hit thewallet for long term at $11 per day.

It was clean. The pool was over crowded. We were excited that the hotel had a pool but, were extremely disappointed to find when we got to the pool that there were no less than 40 kids in it.

Updated decor, comfy bed and chair, nice bathroom. Soundproofing was not great; I heard lots of doors slamming and other noise. Great location right by the airport, easy since I came in late and was ready for bed. Recently renovated, very nice rooms. Comfy bed and linens, plenty of room to spread out and a nice big desk if you need it for business. Only downside was that the walls were pretty thin, I heard a lot of doors slamming down the hall late at night and in the morning.

It was beautiful, so much more special than we expected. A crib for my grandson was provided immediately, free of charge. Can't think of anything. The convenience of this hotel for flying from the Pittsburgh airport could not be better. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the lobby. Service was quick and more than adequate. This hotel was great for a traveler, but would also be good for a romantic night away.

Super comfy beds. You could hear everything happening in the hallway. Great stay overall. It got a little noisy in the morning when people were checking out, you could hear everything. Room service was ok, not great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, clean rooms, no airport noise.

What a great idea! Hotel ""hooked"" to the terminal! Long term parking right next to hotel! Quiet and restful! Just what we were looking for!

My stay at the Hyatt at the PIT airport was fabulous. Clean, fresh smelling rooms and hallways. Non-smoking rooms and floors really were just that. Very thoughtful couteous staff.

I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh Airport many times over the years. My job brings me to Pittsburgh quite often. I have always been treated great. The front desk personnel are great. The location (150 yards from the airport) is a plus. No waiting for shuttles and I can sleep an extra hour knowing that I am a two minute walk from check in. They have just completed a guest room renovation (which I think the rooms were fine before the renovation) and the rooms are fantastic. Even if I have to be Downtown for a meeting I always stay at the Hyatt. I hate fighting traffic and worrying about making my flight. I also love the food there. The crabcakes are the best I have tasted ouside of Baltimore. Everyone at that Hotel goes the extra mile. located at the airport, I thought I would be hearing planes all night. I could hear nothing. I could not even hear the planes taking off and landing but I could see them. I reccomend this Hotel to everyone.

Checked in after a flight cancellation as this is attached to the airport in PIT. The rooms have high ceilings which is great until you realize every sound in amplified because of this. What's worse is that the walls are PAPER thin and I listened to the guy next door have a conversation on the phone followed by intimate sounds follow by him falling asleep with his ipod connected to a clock radio docking station ( He liked Rap!)

If you enjoy listening in to every detaill of someone elses stay this is the place for you!

We attended a seminar there so we were ""locked in"" for three nights. We had to argue with the housekeeper to wipe down the shower after the first nights stay and to replace the dirty glasses. And, the way he made the bed was next to nothing. The second night wasn't better. All the desk said was they're sorry. There were several other customers complaining about service while we were standing in line. Since they are attached to the airport they can, and do, charge ridiculous prices for just okay food. Don't want to go back.

Nice and clean. Had to pay for parking. The hotel was very nice with the exception of the fact that the hotel has no parking. I had to pay every time I left the hotel, other than that no complaints. Rather quiet considering its location.

Fitness center very user friendly, staff kept supplies well stocked.(ex.towels,headphones,fresh fruit) Hotel parking, had to use airport long term parking at $11.00 a day, this could get pricey. Location, perfect for the business that I needed to do. Very friendly hotel staff, gave excellent directions to places I needed to visit. Room decor very pleasant, comfortable and quiet.

We stayed here for the convenience of it's location next to the airport because of an early morning flight. Quite frankly, it's not worth the premium.

The room was comfortable and clean. The parking (airport) charges are too high and too far from attractions. The hotel itself was nice, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet and you didn't even hear noise from the airport. The only downside was the location, being all the way out by the airport made it difficult to make it to attractions. Another problem was the parking; because the hotel is attached to the airport you must pay a daily parking fee ($11.00/day). The hotel does not reimburse you for this fee.

Proximity to the airport and quality of room. Could hear the neighboring room quite well (thin walls). The Hyatt is connected to the Pittsburgh airport. We stayed there the night before we flew out, and it was ultra convenient. The hotel has very nice accommodations and the hotel staff is very professional. Only down side was we could hear the people in the nieghboring room very well.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking, good signs, but I didn't like paying going in and out of the airport. I would recommend this hotel. They anticipated our needs and met them. It was beautiful and the accommodations more than comfortable.
