Lovely hotel located just off Broad Street, so nearby a great selection of restaurants and pubs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. I had room service and the food was also very good. Would definitely recommend for someone wanting to stay in the centre of Birmingham.

The hotel is close to the \"night life\" area around Broad steet & Brindley place, as such at night it becomes quite noisy in surrounding streets & roads. Returning to the hotel along Broad Street around 11:00 pm on a Saturday evening can be intimidating as we lierally had to fight our way through crowds of the younger set, & many who appeared to have had to much alcohol .The Hotel itself was fine, the room and all related services were to a high standard. Despite the closeness to the noisy nightlife areas I would recommend the hotel for people looking for a high standard of accomodation centrally located ner to the Symphony Hall, Reportory Theatre, Town Hall and all other ameneties.

Hotel room spacious and clean. View from level 18 amazing. Ordered room service that arrived before time stated, with good service. Although a little on the expensive side breakfast was excellent, accompanied again by very good service. Will be frequent visitor to Birmingham so will stay here again. Overall excellent value for money.

The custoner service in particular the waiting staff was excellent. Some of the reception staff were a bit frosty but the bar staff, cleaners etc were fantastic.The club room was smaller than expected but clean and comfortable. the club room was great including the waiting staff in the club room were first class.
