Nice construction materials. Small rooms, everything cost extra, could use more color in lobby. The bed was great. The room was small. The bathroom was tiny. Internet access and parking.

It was very modern, near the hotel and provided shuttle service. The conceirge was way helpful. The room size was a little small, but it was adequate.

It was very close to the EL. They charge you 20 bucks per day to park and no free internet. It was nice. They had two promos while we were there, but there were no disturbances from this at all. The parking fee is a little ridiculous. I would go for the three star hotels before you book this one. Better value for your money.

The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The only problem is that you could hear the loud flushing of the toilet from other rooms/floors. The receptionist were not very friendly, the one who attended to me.

Pricing of beverages. Lady at front desk was awesome. I told her that it was our 25th anniversary and she upgraded us to a suite. We also had a box of Godiva Chocolates and bottle of wine on ice in our room when we came back from dinner.

Friendly, beautiful and comfortable. Thin walls! I love the look of the place, but I woke up too early to the sounds of a baby and young child crying and talking very loudly. (Parents too) I called to complain, they said they would send someone up, but the noise continued. Plus the gentlemen who took my order at the restaurant was rude after he discovered I was spending a lot of money! I would be afraid to return because of the noise!

We stayed overnight after arriving at the airport in the evening. The hotel is beautiful and the room was exceptionally well decorated and maintained. However, the cost for food was outrageous. In there deli/shop, a Nestle ice-cream sandwich was almost with tax which was worse than the lowest cost of a sandwixh at . The complinemtary shuttle from the airport was what attracted us and since I had read that it was very costly to eat breakfast there, we had taken breakfast food with us.

Nice atmosphere. Parking structure is hard to find. The first night when I arrived late I ended up parking behind the hotel in a very scary area.

stayed here in Feb '09. we got a deal off of travel website, do not recommend. apparently, they have a section of the hotel for these type of deals. the hotel itself is beautiful. however, after checkin we were pointed up a staircase to an area that looked completely different from the rest of the hotel. after hauling our bags up the stairs, we opened the door to find a small room. wrappers left on the table from the last guests. our towels although clean, appeared stained. no fitted sheet on the bed, just a pad and flat sheet. parking $20- we were only there 8 hours. internet $10/day. I guess you get what you pay for! (we would have left, but our flight was late and we didnt get there til 2:00 AM.)

This hotel's amenities and service were excellent, as I expected based on my experience at other Hyatt Regency hotels.
But, I didn't get a good night's sleep any of the nights I stayed, due to the roar of planes overhead. I expected a hotel of Hyatt's class to either have better soundproofing or a white noise generator in the rooms to prevent this sort of thing.
I stayed here to save some $, figuring I could take the train into downtown every day. While the station was about 3-4 blocks away (not too far), the train (Blue Line) took between 1 hour and 1 hr 45 min. to get to the Loop. There were many, many stops and it was slow as molasses.
Not a good place to stay if you plan to commute to downtown, unless you bring earplugs and are prepared to spend several hours a day commuting.

"Just spent one very noisy night at this hotel. I think that they should have spent some of the 10.5 million from the recent renovation on trying to make the rooms quieter. Airplanes taking off from Ohare were so loud that I thought I was standing outside. Walls in the tower room were so thin, that I could hear people in the next room talking and there was a huge gap under the door that allowed all of the noise in the hall to filter into the room. I have stayed at Days Inns that were not nearly as loud as this 3 diamond hotel."

The room/view was very nice. Close to the train was good too. No pool. The buffet at the red bar was not very good. The hotel was very nice. The lobby was appealing and so was the room. The staff was also very friendly and was helpful with giving directions. The only downfall was that there was no pool and the hotel bar had no entertainment.

Location to airport. It seems there was bed bugs. My leg has some bites, but couldn't find them. So I said it seems. My previous stay was good since I stayed in main building, which is same building that has lobby. But this time, we stayed in some kind of wing building, which looks very old. I guess many Priceline bidder might get the room in wing building.

Staff wasfriendly and helpful. Having to pay $20.00 to park in the parking deck. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff at front desk and the dry cleaning personnel were all super! I would stay here again while in Chicago.

Starbuck in the hotel. Nice gym. Restaurant open till 10 pm. None. It is conveniently located at O'Hare. Nice atmosphere as you enter the hotel with a very large atrium with a lot of activities going on. It is worth staying for a day or the whole week.

Convenient location. Expensive garage, no parking & fly package. Convenient location for airport overnight stay. Good renovation of 40 year old structure. Very attractive lobby. Room I had at executive wing was less attractive than dome one. Executive wing significantly quieter.
