This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful spot right on the water. The balcony's with chairs and a little table let you enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. The only problem was with the room service food, which was truely awful.

This hotel is beautiful and is located in a very nice location. Close to great beaches and restaurants. There could be a little more security in the parking area. Someone attempted to break into our car at night during out stay.

Overall an awesome place to stay but the best part was the staff who were very nice. The bathroom/toilet area was a bit tight to get around in but not too bad. The bed was a bit too firm but that's just a personal preference. Again, the staff was unbelievable.

Great view from our terrace. Can't think of anything. Very upscale with an incredible view of the boat slip and homes dotting the mini harbor.

The hotel color scheme was very cheerful. We had minor problems with the ice maker. This was a great hotel. It was very clean and bright with a cheerful color scheme of citrus colors. The pool was very clean and had a water fall. I would definitely stay here again.

R-novations exceeded my expectations - decor was well done. There was no parking attendant for 30 minutes to bring me my car which was valet parked. A distant but acceptable back-up to the Ritz which is next door.

The view is spectacular! We had to walk through a wedding party with our luggage to get from our car to the hotel. It was awesome for location, view, and comfort. There is no open internet connection, which is pretty much standard these days, but here you have to pay for it. They delivered on every promise, and the staff was efficient. The restaurant is overpriced with limited selections. If you are going to dine at that price the wait staff should not look like they are in Dennis uniforms. I get the whole jimmy buffet thing, but then you should have reasonable prices.

Great location, fabulous pool, friendly staff. I hate it when hotels charge extra for Internet. This time, it caused me to miss some important email communications. Great hotel in a great location. Why ruin the whole experience by depriving customers of Internet access in order to squeeze out the last dime?

The employees were so nice and friendly. N/A This hotel was nice and it was located in the heart of the city and on the water. The hotel employees were very helpful and I would recommend this as a place to stay.

Front desk was super! No free Wi-Fi if not a T-Mobile account holder, and no wired internet option. Great hotel for the money, in a very good location, close to beaches and downtown.

The Hyatt Sarasota is a beautiful hotel located near the water. Great value, too! Unfortunately business had me there for only one night and I was unable to experience the pool, lounge, restaurant, etc. I most certainly will visit this location in the future, though.

The view from the room was spectacular. Unsightly ring in toilet, charge for internet access. The room had a spectacular view, but everything else about it was average. Water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, and toilet looked dirty. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge and free internet access.
