The staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and it had an inviting, comfortable feeling. Second day in the hotel after we got back from our outing, the door was left open by the cleaning services. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was very nice and the view was fantastic. My only concern was the parking, a bit expensive and with two young children I had to valet park. Also, the second day in the hotel after we got back from our outing, the door was left open by the cleaning services. Nothing was taken but it was not a comfortable feeling.

Great service, and location. Had to pay $18/day for parking. Pool was not very attractive. Had a terrible view. Room could have been cleaner. Overall I liked the hotel. The parking was too expensive, and the pool was not very attractive. It was, however, very convenient to the major interstates.

The staff was very friendly. The room was well appointed. The bathroom was so small that while standing at the sink, your legs touched the toilet.

The location was near the businesses I needed to visit during my stay. It's a bit older. Could use some updates, but nothing imperative. Convenient to downtown businesses, clean, friendly staff, nice.

The hotel location and cleanliness was great. Teenage children next door were very loud! The hotel was overall very nice. It had everything we wanted and needed, such as pool, bar, restaurant, and other small bathroom essentials, etc. It was very clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly. The walls seem to be a little to thin. We loved staying at this hotel. It was well worth the money. It was clean and the room was very nice. The staff was great all the way around. The only problem we ran into was you could here people a little to easily in the halls outside are room.

The Tampa Hyatt Regency was very friendly, very accommodating with great staff. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff was very good, friendly and accommodating. Bellhops, valet parking, desk clerks and concierge was great and helpful. Very convenient shuttle service to get you to your location and back to the hotel. Great.......

Wonderful hotel, convenient location and great amenities. Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Tampa. Very clean with a nice bed & nice amentities. Highly recommend!

Stayed here prior to cruise. Great hotel, near port of Tampa and channelside district, several good restaurants in walking distance, and a very good restaurant/bar on site. Good food, with reasonable price. Nice pool and workout area. Wonderful beds.

This hotel is very convenient for a stay in downtown Tampa. Great location for going to the Forum and a great price. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and nicely appointed. The faucets in the bathroom are reversed. The concierge is not that well informed. We were looking for Andreychuk's Grille and the concierge advised us that it did not exist. Note to concierge: it's on Channelside Drive across from the Forum. Other than those two very insignificant items, I would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness of the hotel in general and friendly staff. The shuttle to get around town was not free. Overall the hotel was very pretty, clean, and had friendly staff. I was in Tampa for a vacation with friends, and we had no complaints.

The convenience of never having to leave the hotel. Cost to park, T-Mobile hotspot. Good for business traveler who does not want to leave hotel after a long day of meetings. Can go down to bar or restaurant and relax.

Excellent location. No parking, valet only for $18 plus tip. The hotel met our requirement for a location where we wanted to be for the evening. It is great for a one or two night stay primarily business traveler hotel.

The courteous and professional staff exceeded all expectations. I found absolutelynothing that I didn't like about this hotel. From the minute I checked in, until checkout, I was continually impressed with the staff and their consistent efforts to make sure that everything within their scope of duties, was carried out to the best of their ability. When calling down to the desk to ask the whereabouts of the ice machine, the desk person asked ifhe could come up to my 16th floor room, take the ice container, fill it with ice, and return it to my room. Wow. I have never been treated with such royalty. Of course, I thanked him and retrieved my own ice, but the offer was there. Thank you.

Wasn't dirty. Air conditioner was slow to cool room. The hotel was nice. The valet drop off area was too busy and we had to go around the block many times in the one-way streets of Tampa. The room was large enough for the bed and a small chair. Otherwise felt cramped. The concierge was not terribly helpful on the two occasions that we spoke to him.

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable Room service food was average at best Very nice hotel, clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are all updated with flat screen TVs. Only one restaurant/bar in the hotel.
