Nice, clean, very spacious, all the amenities and layout Paying for all the TV channels, nothing available for free. Would like to get some free TV. Parking lot was too busy and had a difficult time parking. Met expectations.

Spacious second room - great to work in. Beautiful accommodations, lots of space, love the second room - everything was perfect. My favorite hotel for business travel.

I like the fact that it has a sitting area and 2 televisions. Parking should be free.

The room was much nicer than the previous hotel I was staying in. The front end staff seemed too preoccupied. Overall, it was very nice.

I liked the layout of the room with a microwave and refrigerator. Short-staffed, the front desk is not properly attended. You have to go to at least level 3 for ice. If the place had a pool, we could find no evidence of it. I would have liked some breakfast complimentary, if it was. The room was great, although they gave us one pod of regular coffee and one of decaffeinated, and we both drink it regular, so we only had enough coffee for one cup and had to ask for more. Also, internet costs $9.95 a day; they don't even have it free in the lobby.

The bed was wonderful, the room size was perfect. Glad to have extra bed for my grand daughter. Hotel was was poor, slow. Coffee in room was horrible, downstairs was too expensive. This is our second time there, because it was so great the first time. We do not eat there because of the cost. Everyone friendly. A great night's sleep!

Nice suites. Pay for parking, then had to park next door, lot full. This is an awesome hotel I have stayed here many times. You have to pay for parking. And because of conferences there, they will put out a sign lot full. Even though I have made for parking, I'm instructed to park at an office building next door and walk through the shrubs to get to the hotel. Not sure why a parking fee is required for this end of town. It's the only hotel that charges for parking.

Very clean and modern looking. There was a leak above the bathroom sink. The hotel was very clean, staff was courteous. Only issue was the leak in the bathroom but it didn't start until the last day of our stay.

THE ROOMS AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. NICE SWIMMING POOL. EVEN HAD A DJ ON THE 1s & 2s. BUT I PAID FOR PARKING AND COULDN'T EVEN PARK IN THE LOT!

The room was immaculate. The staff was curtious. Parking was a little weird if you chose not to use the valet. But, for overnight guests, valet parking is free. The beds were comfortable w/ 6 feather pillows. The sheets were top quality. If you would like a classy experience, this is the place for you. The price is excellent for this quality hotel.

I enjoyed my stay so much I booked several extra nights while there! The dining staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The rooms are very spacious for 2 people. The fitness centerwas very clean and nice. The parking was reasonable. I'd gladly stay there again!

The walls were very thin, they had a wedding shower on the same floor, as my husband and I were on. we did not get a wink of sleep. all I could herea was music thumping and people in the halls. staff was nice though. but I wll never go back.

The hotel was filthy, our 11 month old turned black from crawling on the floors. The parking is down a steep hill unless you have valet parking which was not available at 3am when we arrived. The staff was all very rude and I was double charged for the room. The only good thing I have to say is the bed was comfortable. The food was also very expensive for the low quality. I will never stay at this Hyatt again.

Sleeping area separate from living area + mini kitchen. No indoor pool or complimentary breakfast. Nice hotel. 15 minutes from downtown. Close to restaurants and shopping malls. No indoor pool or Jacuzzi.

Convenient location with clean rooms and friendly service. I was very impressed with the overall looks and cleanliness of the place. My husband and I both are fitness freaks so we thoroughly enjoyed the fitness center.

The staff was extremely accommodating and very well trained in a professional manner. The hotel lobby adjoins the bar and restaurant. Upon first walking into the hotel you can detect a smoky smell from the bar area (Cigarette smell).

Suites were gorgeous. Convenient location near the highway. tons of space and beautiful rooms. Beds and pillows a bit on the firm side but the amenities far outweighed this. Sitting room with desk, second TV, fridge, table and chairs and gorgeous appointments.

Suite style rooms were large enough for family of 4. The lobby and rooms smelled of stale smoke,awesome from the bar in the lobby.
