Location is good and size of room was good. Dated decor and needs updating; price of room should include wireless internet. We had to call housekeeping to clear dirty room service trays from outside our room that sat there for at least five hours, left from before we arrived. The size of the room was great--a dinette and TV area separate from the bedroom added usable space. The decor was very dated and the bathroom needs updating.

Good room. They charged me $12 per day parking. They didn't tell me if there will be additional charges. They took my credit card number saying that they will charge me only if there are damages. When I checked out they said they have charged me $12 per day parking. Otherwise the hotel has nice rooms with good facilities.

Great location. Limited facilities. While the hotel was immaculately clean, it was very worn and dated. The pool area was uninspiring for children, the fitness area was cramped, the rooms were tired and they could upgrade their beds. We never ate at any of the hotel restaurants as they seemed abandoned. What this hotel has going for it is a great location - right on Palm Canyon Drive in downtown Palm Springs.

The view from the balcony. The outdoor bar. The wreathed outside paint on balcony door. A great value. Spacious clean rooms. Great location in the midst of all the action.

Very beautiful! Looks can be deceiving, staff not helpful, too many extra charges! Hotel was very beautiful, but lacked basic amenities! No extra pillows, restaurant was way too expensive. Staff was way too busy,it took 3 hours to bring up one extra blanket. The staff couldn't even help with our luggage. I had to bring all the luggage down myself while trying to juggle my children!

Great location. This hotel was a little outdated for a Hyatt. Great location! This hotel was pretty outdated, but it's right downtown and you can walk to everything. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Large spacious suites - perfect for families. Bands at night create noise for people in front - ear plugs necessary. Wonderful location, large rooms with an 80s vibe, beautiful mountain views and lovely pool. Jacuzzi could use upgrade, but is kept nice and hot. Staff warm, welcoming and very helpful.

The decor is very old and the rooms are dirty. This hotel looks good in the lobby in a retro kind of way but the rooms are awful. They were dirty (don't look at the ceilings in the bathroom!), the decorations were seriously outdated and the two beds in the room were tiny - maybe even smaller than a double.

All suites. Outstanding and friendly employees. $14/day for parking. $10/day for internet. Excellent all suite hotel. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as the king sized bed! Food service in the room excellent. The pool was beautiful with comfortable temperature, but no jacuzzi. My street-side room was a bit noisy due to a popular open-air bar across the street. Try to get a poolside-mountain view room.

The lobby was clean. Very dirty room. This hotel needs a downgrade in stars. It was not a 3 star. It was so dirty. Black spots all over the carpet. Sticky table in room. The beds were never made up during our two night stay. Garbage was not emptied. The location to down town Palm Springs was good but overall the dirtiness of the hotel left us very unsatisfied.

I was so disappointed in this Hyatt. We had never been to Palm Springs and wanted to stay ""downtown"" to see everything. The hotel met this need but that was about it. My biggest complaint was the flith. I doubt they ever change sheets, even if requested. The bathroom was disgusting and never cleaned after repeated phone calls. I was afraid to walk on the carpet in my bare feet. It smelled like smoke and liquor. The pool area does not come close to the photo they show. It is very small with limited sun bathing space. The only good thing about this place was the personel. Both the doormen and the front desk staff were very pleasant and accomaditing. Too bad the hotel itself didn't match. We will never go there again and now I questions staying at any Hyatt!

This hotel is for the locals to party at. The noise is so loud and the staff won't do anything about it. Finally at 5 am the police came and kicked out the group next door. No apology from the staff after numerous complaints. I am sure tht a guest finally called the police. Pool is extremeyly small. Good location but stay somewhere else.

Great location, hotel, people, price. Outside restaurant food was not that great for the price. The location was great, nice helpful staff, parking was great and the room was nice and clean.

The grandeur and convenience to the downtown shops. The parking for the hotel is not complimentary, apparently it is contracted out and it is a whopping $12.00 per night. That takes away any saving you. Very elegant and accommodating. Beautiful lobby and spacious rooms.

Very high standards, very good accomadations beautiful hotel. Nothing all met my expectations and more. I love the way the rooms were set in a circle with the opening of the hotel in the middle where one could look down to the lobby and lounge area. I liked that all rooms were suites.

The Hyatt was clean and elegant within walking distance of the center of Palm Springs. There was a pool and jacuzzi open until 10 pm. The water felt more like a hot spring as there was no chlorine feel. I had a bedroom with balcony and a separate sitting room with a separate TV. The bathroom was ample with a tub. They had shuttle service to the airport.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the location was within walking distance to everything. They also upgraded our room at no additional charge. We liked everything. The hotel was centrally located, clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the fact that they upgraded our room since we were traveling during the middle of the week toward the end of their high season. I thought that was very thoughtful as they did not have to do that. We had a wonderful time in Palm Springs and enjoyed our suite. Doing special things such as the upgrade showed that they aim to please. Thank you to the staff for the good service.

Staff were friendly, it was beautiful, rooms were spacious, area/community great. The bed was hard! We were very much surprised at the quality or lack of quality of the bed. Everything was exceptional except for the bed. I was amazed - I have stayed at other hotels - not so high rated as this one - with better beds. I don't know but outside of that - everything was wonderful.

Location. Poor quality bed, hotel is tired, needs remodel. This is franchise owned hotel with poor quality bed, room is tired and needs to be remodeled, missing pieces of countertop, carpet is stained, AC was loud and when I asked to have it serviced I was told that it would be looked at after I check out and no time sooner (three days later). The location is great. This hotel is not the quality of a normal Hyatt brand hotel. No mention of extra fee for parking.
